I just had the worst experience in a postal service store at this location of UPS for my lifetime. I talked to a guy in the office that I need to send a letter (with the written/filled envelope in my hand) and also another prepaid envelope with tracking info so they can send back to me and I can track it. Then this guy's seems totally lost and didn't know what to do. So I gave him the written addresses but he still typed in the addresses with many mistakes. Then what's interesting but annoying is that he remembered to charge me a new envelope but didn't want to give me anything, leaving me there waiting until I ask him where it is. Also, despite how many times I said that I would like to send the letter, he just ignored and left my letter in the scale. Only upon my return in confusion, he said "I didn't know you need to send this out and I forgot to charge you.".Follow-up (2 months): I contacted the email in the reponse but haven't received any reply yet. My guess is that they simply put up a response to show that they do care about customer's experience but actually not at all.

Dealing with a time sensitive package and not familiar with UPS protocol, I had two calls on different days with the same representative named Abisai Diego who gave me the most excellent customer service I have experienced in America in my life!!!He is knowledgeable, competent, respectful, quick, precise with the details, and absolutely should be teaching classes on excellent customer service!!!I hope his upper management is reading this review to give him a raise and promotion, because this quality of employee is such a rare find. I may be roaming your store soon to poach him for my own business!

I made a notary appointment at 10:30a, and when I got there "the notary went home for the day and the next one won't be in until 11a". I went back at 11a and the notary was still not there and the employee said I had to wait because there were 2 groups of people ahead of me. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not honored?

Horrible customer service. I needed to ship my Apple product and the team members didn't even attempt to try and help me ship the product. They just kept saying "They need a QR code" and even after I showed them emails from Apple with specific instructions on how to ship my product they continued to tell me that they couldn't ship it. I called another UPS Store close by and they said that they are easily able to ship it for me without me having to give them any QR code. I'd recommend taking your business to another UPS Store that actually knows what they are doing.

Terrible customer serviceCharged me $10 to pick up a package without being told ahead of time this would be charged. I had called and asked if I could send a package and was told that was fine and no one mentioned a fee. Tried talking to the manager and he said all his employees are trained to tell people so I was SOL basically. Well I was not told and if I was told it would have been $10 to pick up then I wouldn’t have used the store. He said it was my fault for not asking! The onus is on the store to warn people that there’s a fee for pickup. Had I known I would have asked a friend instead.Parking is also horrendous. Don’t go here.

Normally I go here without issue, but most recently an employee there recommended I create my own label online to save some money. He gave me the wrong dimensions for the box, and as a result UPS charged me an extra $21 fee on a package that was supposed to only be $13. I called them about it and they said there’s nothing they could do and that it’s my fault since I created the label online and not with the store.

ABISAI was one of the BEST GREATEST UPS employees I have seen in my life. I do not like returning or going into shipping stores because it's rushed, I get confused, and there's a long wait. Abisai helped me effectively and showed me how to properly bag and ship my return back. Because of this experience, I will move my Etsy business to be with UPS. Please give this man a raise - like actually.

I had the best customer service experience at the Westwood Store with Diego!!i I was returning a product to Amazon and was dropping it off at tye UPS Store located at 907 Westwood Blvd. . Due to a calimady of errors, I didn’t have the label on the outside of the box that was needed to ship it back.I only had the label inside of the box. Diego helped me about 5 minutes before his UPS store was closing. He suggested that I go to the Amazon store next door so they could print me the additional label that I needed for the outside of the box. Diego said he would wait for me which was amazing in itself since they were about to close. Amazon wasn’t able to give the label I needed so when I returned, Diego suggested that I cancel the return and redo it with the UPS Store in a Westwood ad the drop off so that’s what Diego helped me with. He printed a new label from my phone and opened the box up and removed the original label in the box that was no longer valid. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Because of Diego, I didn’t have to drag the box back home, reopen it, print new labels and drop it off again. Diego also did not charge me the fee for printing the label due to the hassle I had experienced. Really outstanding and exceptional.It is obvious that this is the culture of the employees that work there.A MILLION THANKS!!!Rosa

The worst customer service I have experienced at this address. There is a guy working , he said is the manager his name is Jacob . He always mad to customers and today only because I asked how long time I have to wait since he was busy with someone else he answer in a very bad way "until I'm done here, I not making any money from your boxes"And of course I paid a lot of money to use UPS...Did not deserve the wat he trust me.

I went to pick up a letter, and they charged me a $5 “holding fee” to pick it up. This was an envelope that had arrived to their store within the past hour, and I had already paid $20 in shipping.This is a franchise, so they can charge anything to pick up since they aren’t an official UPS Customer Center. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it if I had been made aware of a pickup fee ahead of time, but being informed about the fee for the first time at the store isn’t ideal. Walgreens and fedex don’t charge any holding fees. I’d recommend shipping packages straight to your house or picking up through a real UPS Customer Center.The employee told me (he seemed pretty impatient) I could’ve avoided the charge by being a UPS My Choice member (they left out that this is a premium service that costs $20/yr). This is the first time I’ve picked up a package at the store so it’s not worth the extra cost.When I checked the receipt after, it just says “miscellaneous non-taxable” for $5 even which strikes me as bizarre not to have “holding fee” in the register as a pre-determined cost.

Kudos to Abosai and Marcelo! They were extremely patient, helpful and knowledgable. Abosai made sure the electronics I was sending were going to be safe and was very clear in explaining why the contents of the shipment required proper care. I also needed to make sure the shipment was insured properly and would be delivered on time. Both Abosai and Marcelo made this frustrating and stressful experience a very pleasant one for me.

I dropped off a box of artwork on January 28 at 8:30 PM. I printed the label at UPS, put it on the box and handed it to the person working at the desk. Since then they say that they never received the box though I reported it immediately, and they could've easily looked at the video tape of the transaction, as well as looking at the register to see that I had bought the label and paid for the printing . Not only are they denying the claim but refusing to refund my $500 shipping fee. Their claim is they never received the box OK fine so they never shipped the box why not give me back my shipping fee ? Customer service has been very rude and hard to understand in English. they didn't even bother to investigate summarily declined my claim. I am involved in the art world and ship 100s of thousands worth of art a year . I strongly recommend against shipping anything you value with UPS I have receipts pictures and a witness . They have video of me dropping off the box. They basically stole
