The experience at this store is always less desirable than most any other location. This is due primarily to the parking situation. The store only has 2-3 designated spaces in this strip center which has several other businesses and those patrons frequently park in the spaces for UPS. Also, the staffing at UPS is very inconsistent. I recently dropped off an Amazon return that did not require the box. The clerk gave the box back to me and told me to leave it outside near the retail neighbor. That did not make sense and he offered no additional information. This is not convenient and the service is not good. I had to park down the block, too.

I had a rather disappointing experience at The UPS Store in Windsor Hills. The service left much to be desired, with employees appearing disgruntled and less than eager to assist. The workspace was a mess, cluttered with boxes to the point of resembling a recycling center rather than a professional shipping outlet. This disorganization made the process feel all the more chaotic and inefficient. To make matters worse, the parking situation was abysmal, adding an extra layer of frustration to the visit. Overall, it was a below-average experience that failed to meet the basic expectations of organization and customer service.

I needed to get my sisters birthday card to her, I came to the UPS store the day before her birthday. Very elated was I that I didn’t have any problems with the personnel in this store shipping out my gift overnight. I was absolutely satisfied with the employees response and diligence responding to my predicament.

Terrible. They charged $9 for a small box for an Amazon return because apparently the instructions told me i had to pack it myself (nowhere does it say that). Overcharging for something as cheap as a box? This location is a joke.

Rude I Needed tape to close my package they wanted to charge me $1 for tape. I just needed 1inch square of tape and still $1 for 1 in square of tape.

Please pay attention, if I need to send something important, follow my instructions and dont misspell or assume what it written. Way too expensive to ship something if you are putting in the wrong address, name and location. School is free.

I recently got married and shipped my wedding bouquet with overnight air to a company that will turn my bouquet into an art piece. We paid about $100 for the overnight air and they threw away my package because of damage and will not refund the money I paid for the shipping, the bouquet ($250), or the service to dry and frame my flowers ($630). The least they can do is refund me for the overnight delivery that did not happen because they threw my package away. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE. THEY ARE AWFUL.

Here on Saturday (Aug 5) at 4:45 and they have one quite slow moving associate to help customers. Line is out the door. Add to that the poor parking situation at this location, I’d say try another store or another service. Not a good experience.

They I needed a copy of some paperwork they right away help me get the copies from my phone and made my copies so so helpful. It was a young lady that help made my day. So happy to locate them around the corner from my house.

BEWARE!!!!! The Hispanic girls that work there will steal your mail! Made the mistake of going here to drop off a birthday card around 5:30pm on a weekday. The post offices were closed so I Googled where to send mail in area. This horrible place came up. I went there the girl seemed shady she took the card and was just holding it so I stayed there to watch to see if she would put it in the outgoing mail or wherever they put the outgoing mail and she looked at me and said "dont worry I'll send it". So I left trusting her to do her job. 2weeks later the recipient never received the card I am so upset. I guess the employee thought there was money in the card idk all I know is I will Never go back to this dishonest place.

This location has terrible customer service. The guy who works the register never greets customers. He does not say "hi" "how can I help you today" or anything of the sort. He literally looked at me and said nothing for like 10 seconds until I realized he was not going to say anything to me. So, I showed him my phone so he can scan the barcode. The entire time he completed my shipment he said NOTHING. Not "have a good day" literally nothing. Horrible customer service from everyone who works there, but his is the worse. VERY unprofessional location. I think people in the neighborhood should complain to the higher ups because the behavior is getting worse.
