Horrible customer service. Don't remember the heavy set man's name. But he said he would hold my check because of the amount. I told him I make this much every month and have never had an issue. He said he didn't see it. Then I showed him prof of my bank account deposits and he the changed his answer to every teller is different you have never made a deposits at this location so I'll be putting a 7 day hold. Like what the hell!! Someone needs to in-service this man and make sure all US bank locations have the same protocol. Ridiculous. I went to another location and had no issues. Even asked if they would hold the check and they said no. Unbelievable

This bank is so awful I've had so many problems with them! My accounts were supposed to be closed 3 months ago and I am still dealing with them. The branch manager Ana never returns your calls and is so rude and dismissive. She blames everything on the "back office" and refuses to give clear answers to anything. The customer service here is disgusting. I've been waiting for a call back from her for over a week. And they never answer their phones. This branch doesn't care about the community and has no regard for people's needs or financial situations. She guards the money in the accounts as if it were hers. Zero stars.

Came in late in the day and was told they closed the money drawer for the day and that I should go to atm for cash back. I asked for funds to be transfered to my account at another bank and the teller told me they don't do that only to see online and hear from a friend that it is possible.

The teller needs someone to teach him how to treat people he tries to argue back, one teller only at the bank every single time i come in here it makes it so hard to bank at this branch. Definitely leaving

Absolutely terrible customer service. The branch manager clearly is incapable of handling her job. Would not recommend using this bank, EVER. They have withheld my cashiers check that i made from this branch for 1800$ for THREE MONTHS. They have made this a painful f****** experience, asking me to come into the branch for information they could have just emailed me. This bank is f****** HELL.

10 customers in line and ONE teller. You do the math. Not sure where all the staff is on a Friday afternoon when half of the community is trying to conduct bank business including cashing paychecks... because it's Friday.

If i could give US Bank 0 stars i would, it has the worst customer service. I would avoid this bank all together.

I am a member of US bank and have been for awhile. I use US bank to deposit all of my funds. And I went to this branch to deposit a check I wanted available immediately. And with my balance being high I expect there should not be a problem with that transaction. So when I went up to the teller the older lady that was at the window was very rude and she was telling me (no) before I was even done with my sentence, I thought that was very rude. She was not very helpful at all . This branch has NO urgency they All are very rude people here. I have never experienced anything like this at any branch. These tellers should not be in the service industry

I want to thank Tony Galvez for helping my mother with an issue from a separate branch. My mom got a mail asking her for some extra information that was filed incorrectly, so we stepped into the branch and Tony Galvez was there to help us. He was swift and extremely professional. He went ahead and made the right calls to get our issues resolved. I was really impressed with his professionalism and also his nice charisma. He went the extra mile for a customer who's issue was not easy to resolve. I definitely felt like we made the right choice to be with US bank. I highly recommend Tony Galvez as the person to talk to if you want to open an account. He is very courteous and generous. You won't be disappointed.
