It was my second time going to that branch in two years. Since the branch near my house does not offer the same banking service this particular but this branch does. Both times, I was presented with a very kind and helpful approach with different employees. This branch is over and above a normal banking service, especially, for seniors.

Bad costumer service!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment yesterday at 11:15am. I came early (10:40-10:50am). The asian guy that was sitting in one of the cubicle asked me how can he help, and I said I had an appointment with Citlaly Garcia. He said that that person wasn't there that day and called off. He ended up helping me. I was trying to open an account for me and my daughter (3.5months) so he said I need either my social security card or proof of it like my tax return, I waa so frustrated because it didn't say that in the appt requirements, I told him I will just cash ( a US bank) check instead, and he said if it's more than $2000, we can't cash it. I needed the cash so I said I will come back and get the requirements that he needs, since I still have time and I live close by. I came back around 11:20am and he already is assisting another costumer. So i sat down and waited. This guy stood up, went inside the counter, and then went out, after he got out, the lady at the counter called me (I'm assuming this guy talled to her) that I have to come back another day because the person I'm supposed to have an appointment with called off. For some reason this guy can't help me no more, where he was already helping me the 1st time I was there! And he didn't even had the audacity to talk to me directly. And I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I went to another branch and they cashed my check! I saw his attitude towards me. It's just bad costumer service and YALL DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT!

Hate posting bad reviews but after reading the ones here I had to share my experiences: I walked into an empty bank today looking to open 2 business accounts. The person at the window that I walked up to seemed friendly and she told me to wait in the lobby. 15-20 mins goes by and no one said anything to me or came to get me which wasn't unusual, except for the fact that I was the only customer in the entire bank! I'm not going to speculate, whether or not being a black customer had anything to do with that, but I know that at least 3-4 bank workers saw me and I don't like the feeling of wondering if I'm being ignored or not even a bit prioritized. The whole thing just felt weird and so I walked out. Acknowledge my presence, tell me you'll be right with me or something that lets me know that my presence is known and that my business is wanted.

It was my first time to visit this branch and I really thank Ms. Kim for caring my requests and needs the most legit way with point to point explanation. She is a kindhearted, extra efficient, beyond helpful, and truly dependable. She works so hard to make my day spectacularly.

I was in the bank to purchase a cashier's check. Midway through the transaction I had to use the restroom. At my age... The banker didn't hesitate to leave his station walk me down the hallway and unlock the bathroom. He also had the emotional intelligence to continue to help people in line until I returned. Without delay, every one of my needs were met, including information about their online services. Thank you, US Bank downtown Los Angeles.

Worst bank ever, the customer service is horrible. I wanted to open an account here and they claimed to be understaffed with no customers opening a new account. What a joke, and the area is filled with bums and is very unsanitary.

To say that this branch gave the run around is an understatement. The branch manager is on vacation and there was nothing they can do .... sure!I went to the branch on Vermont and not only did they take care of everything they were just far more helpful in explaining the situation that was occuring. It is not the corporation its really just this branch!

They sent our business a letter telling us we had one week to close our account without any explanation! Fortunately, switching for us is going to save our business $700 a month on banking fees! Thanks US BANK for your shortsightedness (YES BIG BANKS DON'T CARE ABOUT SMALL BUSINESSES)

If you are black please stay away from this branch. This is by far the racist bank I've ever been too. The staff is rude but the branch manager Johnny Chon is a different breed. This man will curse you out and not allow you to talk. Not only did he tell me he is okay with being racist but he also implies that the bank knows and doesn't care. This place will literally hold your money with no reason. Please please please do not trust them. This bank is ran by mostly Asians who are very racist. The branch manager was so mean and cruel that he made me cry. Never in my 26 years of life have I ever encountered someone like Mr.Chon he is by far the cruelest person. I would not wish him coming in contact with my worst enemy. He is the reason why the world is filled with hate fueled by racism.

This Branch and the Manager sucks. I must admit to being stupid after using their ATM to deposit cash and it has failed to credit my account for the 3rd time. Today 5/14/2021 at 2:04pm ATM SUST232 i deposited 136.00 dollars to my checking and it failed and gave me a slip stating how much it failed to deposit. I took it to the teller which was the manager, because i dealt with him the last time it failed. ( Not Nice!) I showed the receipt and the amount on the slip and asked did it credit and i knew it didn't and he said no and i had to call the 800# and make a claim. I said i wanted to speak to the manager and he said no one was available. He said i'm sorry but that is all we can do. He said we have problems with the machine and it supposed to be replaced. (2yrs) I said is that really ok for customers to be treated like that and you know it takes 10 or more days. I couldn't get mad because i knew this would happen and still attempted to deposit in the ATM because face to face they are not nice at this branch, it should be closed. I already opened a new account at Capital one and have had no problems and i love them. Crime U.S. Bank is holding a $136.00 for 10 days and after the money is returned this account will be closed! Yes ( Crime US Bank on Olympic & Figueroa Los angeles Downtown. Keith Porter

I would avoid this branch if at all possible. I'm pretty seriously considering switching institutions after my experience this afternoon. Jon, the attendant I worked with, was wearing a vented masks that doesn't protect me or other clients from if he was infected with covid. On top of this his denial to help me with notary services was done rather rudely. In the future if notary services are truly unavailable at this location I would encourage Jon to start out with an apology and then explain the branches policy rather than insinuating that it is unreasonable for bank members to request notary services.
