What i like about this Branch is the Client Relationship Consultant Bianca A. She is knowledgeable always pleasant , and those occasions when I have to go into the Bank in person I am always satisfied with her help When the online banking systems get knarly and they do Bianca is always there to make sure it ALL goes smoothly and works out as it should With gratitude Ellen S The missing star is for the online banking system and Not for the personnel

Idk who she was but she was one of the worst people I talked to. Middle aged and just plain mean. Sat in the back right corner as you enter bank. Ugliest personality I have come across. Hateful and has no compassion or empathy.

Terrible business banking. I made a deposit which was held for two weeks. Called the branch on day 3 , rep said the manager would call me , they never called . Made a total of 4 calls to no avail for a $1,700 check!!!! Second time they did this in less than a year. Bank is not good for professionals.

I visited this location early morning to cash a $3,000 check. The banker, Antoinette Rollins, told me I had to go to another location bc their bank did not have that type of cash. Lol. I'm sorry but I was mind blown. I asked for management and she said no one was in that could help me. I'm still in disbelief It's a bank and they don't have 3k at 10a. Insane. They should just shut down at this point

Ronald was very helpful and professional today. USBank has a terrible automated system for fraud prevention. It took awhile in person, but Ronald was there to reassure me they’d get it resolved. Thanks

The branch manager should be fired as well as all the employees (all of them are rude). If I could give this branch a negative 100 stars, I definitely would. The customer service here is so bad that I closed my account and went to Wells Fargo because I refuse to bank with a company that are blatantly rude and disrespectful (the branch manager was aggressively rude). Do not walk into this branch because your day will be ruined...you have been warned!!!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would, but only for the sake of this review. Such an inconvenience of operation hours. This location closes at 4 p.m. and the ATM machines located outside are typically out of service. What a waste, definitely makes me reconsider banking with US bank.

I was here early afternoon one day last week and there were about seven of us in line with only one teller and the woman at the front of the line was on her phone and after five minutes of no movement whatsoever I left. This is inexcusable.
