I was asking for stamps for some important documents I needed to send, and the person who was on the desk rolled his eyes at me, he laughed at me because I was asking questions. Hidden as not easily visible.
Representative quick and
knowledgeable with decades kf experiences.
Do your postal needs in luxury business environment setting.
Near 4th and Grand escalator to top.
Feel the nice breeze.
Full service post office catering to business crowds.
Open between 11 a.m.to 4 pm. weekdays.
Preferably more hours needed for customer convenience as working core hours are 8am to 5 pm.. Thanks for your help!

I paid for overnight to insure my package would be here before I leave for more traveling and they lost it! How do you deliver to a completely didnt address AND scan it deliver when there is no business there?! How is it opened to deliver to? I think it was stolen from the carrier. Im over using the postal service. Can't wait to see you guys go under.

There are literally constant “unforeseen circumstances” requiring this branch to close for lunch and sometimes they aren’t open by the posted time. Not a reliable location if you have limited time. Just adjust the posted hours to reflect the daily lunches.

It was a very *interesting* encounter with the lady working in the store. Printed my shipping label without sticking it to the package and got yelled at: 4 dollar for tape for tape! I’ve just never seen anyone like her…
Complained to me about her life and job and boss and all that. It was a really unpleasant experience I’m genuinely concerned that she might burn my package…

The lady working at this location is unprofessional. She did not care about this job , and showed very arrogant attitude about complaints from customer, probaly because she is nearly her retirement time or because this kind of job mostly is stable.Even though she still need to show some basic manors as civilized human being supposed to. She had no patience when I need instructions buying money order, and eventually laid to me saying the money order sold out! and she did not know how soon it is going to be available! Should the worker/ she at this location has noticed an inventory( money order) shortage in advance? to have the inventories replenished timely?( instead of telling me that she did not know when it will be available).

Avoid if you can. I think there's only one person who works here... The most inconvenient hours (11a-4p, really?) and they will close 'due to unforeseen circumstances' until a certain hour without notice.

The Clerk- USPS called herself "Shin" Asian, is "a thief and serial liar" and very rude, it is a crime clerk -employee at USPS stealing customers mails- my mail never get inside or delivered to my PO. BOX. She is ONLY one works there. I have All my mail come through informed delivery email including packages, priority mails, regular mail incoming and outgoing and given authorization to USPS clerk to sign on my behalf e.g., But, when I come to Postal Office to open my Box there is NONE inside my BOX. Ongoing stealing my mail for the last year's missing. She sabotages me. My mail never returned back to senders nor even went in circle. Moreover, informed delivery has an option for customer's to claims never received it. The Postal office what will do another circulation round and if the mail was transferred or delivered to another postal office station by errs. Usually within a week or so will re-delivered to original postal office mail box number located at zip code 90071 Bunker Hill. but Never did. "The WHY?. Because she is stealing my mail opening and see what it is in it what is my life about, perhaps selling to other side's identity theft my identity, all mails come first class mail usually from important agencies mail has no tracking number except informed delivery waiting to be delivered into my Box. Additionally, she is Only one will delivered my mail to my Box.. She does blame the security building at Citi National Building security. She even rented my Box to another guy name (Gerald Salazar) using my box I see his mail comes into informed delivery he is getting priority mail and packages., I had to call the company who was delivering the mail and made a complain to stop issuing mail to that person name. She is a fraud and thief, I had two identity theft my identity running with different scammers. She is my identity scammers at USPS postal has control over mails and my identity. When I first filed complaint with USPS to open investigation, she told me take my box and go to another Postal Office. Why? She wanted to be in control of that Postal office at Bunker Hill, not to be exposed, she stole another customers value of check’s money about $8,000, I was present at postal office inside it was in around October 2021. He was very upset and saying this is his second check of payments missing impossible. what I was saying above. She told him take his box elsewhere, he did immediately close his box and left. I did not see it clearly. I was there to open mine. I founded it cozy and perfect spot for me I loved star buck and terrace and food there. Plus High Speed Internet and panorama I was doing my coffee and research studies love the center. Today I see "WHY". She is making money stealing people mails and packages. it is materialist Subjective. She is a goblin had had motive to lie all these years and easily blames the USPS circles mail. When the private company delivered express packages were signed by Postal office clerk it was value about $600.00. When I went to picked it up it was not there nor receipt or any kind inserted in my box. I showed the signature and delivery date at this postal office to Ms. Shin said do not know. is not her signature. When I called the delivery company the person who delivered the package according to the company made note under delivery it was a lady Asian at Postal office. I have filed about 5-6 complaint with OIG Inspector Postal office, and Manager must take this matter into IMMEDIATELY action open investigation and removing her. She is a serial liar and not getting caught because she works Solo no other clerk working with her to watch or monitor her. Believe me she knows every single customer mail. She is ONLY one delivered our mail to the boxes. I am waiting to hear from OIG, Inspector and Manager who is charged of this location Bunker Hill good news. I am very sabotage and concerns of her and my mail will keep stealing my mails. I am not closing my BOX until USPS investigation conclude and removing her. This is ongoing crimes

Worst service in the world. Lost my really important mail(it is even a priority mail...) and got so irresponsible. I suggest if you are going to deliver something important never use the USPS, you will get yourself big trouble and they will obstacle your report for mail lost. I wont give 1 star if I can give USPS 0 Star.

Rude and racist clerk (don’t know her name but says clerk 7 on the receipt). Looks normal with other people but especially rude to all her Asian customers. Sent me back to wait in the back of the line just because I didn’t tape my box. But I came with a return code and it says clearly on the return page that no box or label needed. She could have been nicer about explaining it to me but she was extremely rude even after I bought a tape. Avoid this place and this receptionist at all cost.
