I have often seen a Black employee discriminate against coworkers. I come here frequently and recognize the staff, some are hardworking, good employees. However, yesterday I saw a Black employee making a younger Latino male employee do tasks that were the Black employee’s own responsibility, treating him like a slave. This location needs to be investigated for racial discrimination among staff. I’m leaving this here today, but I will be filing a formal complaint soon.

This is the worst post office in Ktown. The employees are just the worst, bad attitude and office opens at 9am, i went to pick up a package and the guy in the counter comes out that pick up is not until 10am.
USPS sucks can't even deliver our package ontime.

This is the reason why Mr. Trump wants to make changes to the postal service because everyone who works there treats the public so badly. They have already come out to protest this initiative because they know that their time of doing whatever they want to the public, mistreatment and bad service, is over.

Horrible service. rude and racist staff. had to stand in line for 5 minutes while the manager yelled at the staff for being rude towards each other and clients, and even then the service was awful. the man doing the passport services was so rude and incompetent, he lost my birth certificate and i had to return later in the day because he handed me the wrong birth certificate! they didn't even call to let me know i had to find out myself after hours. i dont know how this place is still open.

So rude,not helpful at all... I have issues with USPS online. I just wanted to ask some questions. But an old guy told me 'We don't take care of that. Ask customer service!' I just wasted 30min waiting time.
