TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!EXTRA CHARGE FOR WRONG SERVICE!I recently had the most frustrating experience at the USPS office on Sep 25, 2023, and I feel compelled to share it here. My visit was plagued by incompetence, confusion, and unprofessional behavior that I would not expect from a USPS office.I arrived before 5 pm, hoping to send a document to Canada, but what should have been a simple task turned into a nightmare.I stood in line with my document and envelope and, when I finally reached the counter, I was told to fill out an address card located near the entrance door, even though there was no sign indicating this unusual procedure. I complied and waited in line again. When I returned to the counter, the worker suggested I use Priority Mail instead of Priority Mail Express International, citing cost savings. I agreed, thinking my document wasn't time-sensitive.I left the counter to get a Priority Mail envelope and fill out its address card. After yet another agonizing wait in line, I returned to the counter. To my surprise, the worker told me I had selected the wrong address card for international shipping. It was already 5:20 pm, and she informed me I would have to come back the next day.Desperate to avoid this, I pleaded with the worker to let me complete the necessary forms quickly. She reluctantly agreed, and I filled out the customer form in record time. I double-checked that I was using Priority Mail International, not Priority Mail Express, which she confirmed.When I paid and was about to leave, I noticed that my receipt showed charges for "Priority Mail Express International." Confused and frustrated, I returned to the counter for clarification on both the payment and service type. The worker's response was shocking; she became visibly angry, raised her voice, and acted unprofessionally.Back home, I consulted the USPS official website and confirmed that Priority Mail International costs $42.10, while I had been charged $56 for Priority Mail Express International. This left me doubting whether my document would arrive in Canada within the promised 3 business days, as I used a Priority Mail envelope instead of an Express one.In addition, I tried to track my shipment online but found no relevant information available.This entire experience was absolutely unacceptable and warrants attention. I urge USPS to review the charges and service provided during my visit, as well as the discrepancy between the service I requested and the one I was billed for.I sincerely hope that USPS takes this matter seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure such incidents do not happen again. My faith in USPS's ability to provide reliable service has been severely shaken.

Worst place ever. Twice I came here during business hours and they either were closed early for no reason or kicked everyone out of the line and said they would not take anyone else even though it was not even close to closing time and we had been waiting for a half hour. Screw this place and every miserable person that works here. Travel further to go to a different location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely RUDE staff! Their website says they are open on Saturdays until 3:30pm. I get there at 3:10pm and start lining up, and then a woman comes out of one of the staff windows and says to me and the gentlemen in front of me “the last customer is the lady is purple, you we are closed you are not going to be serve”. To that we say to her that we are still on the time window where it says it’s open until 3:30pm. Then the lady rolls her eyes at us and goes for her supervisor.The first woman comes out to check if we are still lining up and when she sees us she says “ugh, they are still there” to what the supervisor comes out to see and literally says out loud “oh, let them line up and when they get to the window we’ll tell them we are NOT GOING TO HELP THEM so they can waste their time”Then we ask why does the website says something different and they don’t wanna follow the information, to what the first woman responded annoyed that they are understaffed and by the time they get to the lady in front of us they were going to be in overtime. Which literally is not my problem, USPS is there to provide a service.Also, these women should NOT be working in customer service with their rude attitude.

Let me say, as a business owner who ships almost everyday, I really try to avoid the black women at this location. They are so rude and so nasty all the time. There is a woman there who is quite heavy set and usually wears a ponytail that serviced me today and she was so “nice nasty”. She wears a badge that says “god is good”.When shipping you don’t expect to encounter impolite workers who have sly remarks. You don’t know what a person is going through and then you have to deal with their foolishness. It’s insane and very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

Constantly lose packages, multiple times a year. Worst post office I’ve ever experienced, undoubtedly.I’ve completely given up having my mail sent here; and have everything sent to a different address hours away, since even that is more convenient than having to deal with this horrible office.Rude employees constantly lose packages, and take 0 accountability. So if you find your package or mail is lost, don’t bother going to them for help, they’ll essentially say they don’t know and to submit a missing mail request online (and this never works either by the way)I’m only writing this, because I’m so fed up of mail going missing. I kid you not at least 7/10 packages I’ve ever ordered to be delivered to my address within this postal office’s service zone have never been delivered or stolen.I only wish I could give 0 stars, as I know despite my numerous complaints they never improve

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Staff spent more time laughing and joking then serving customers. Only had (1) window open w/ (15) customers in line. Staff were so loud you could hear them from the very back. Building was horribly dirty and homeless encampment was horrible!!!!! This place needs to be shut down!

On Apr 26, 4:45pm I Was in line to fill out an application for post office box service.I asked the post-office clerk blk male with afro to explain the selected non photo ID. The clerk didn't have any patients, rushed me off and i was still confused about the non photo I.D. Never had an p.o..box before. He wasn't really concerned about my question on the application form.

Today I experienced hands down the worst customer experience ever! Got to the post office with about 45min left until closing there was a decently long line maybe about 20-25ppl so I expected to wait regardless. Time keeps passing and the line is not moving much! 20Minutes pass customers are starting to question what the hold up is fellow person in line ask the employee behind the glass when she's going to start helping ppl again at this point it's already passed 530 she literally held her finger up gesturing to wait a sec she and her co worker disappeared. 10Min a later a employee of usps comes downstairs from the office and tells all 20 plus customers in line the employees behind the desk ALL CLOCKED OUT! They not once communicated they were finished helping ppl just simply up and left us waiting smh! The funniest part is one of the ladies working behind the counter older African American lady with curly hair who has a tendency to be unprofessional and rude as hell always ask customers to scan QR codes on receipts to complete their surveys I'll be honest I've never done so but have never felt so inclined to actually complete a survey regarding this post office now! Beyond unprofessional I get work can be tough on people but communicate with your customers clocking out and leaving without saying anything and throwing the burden on another co worker who never works out front to deliver this message knowing customers are going to be upset just shows lack of accountability! Usps do better! Hi hire better people on your staff that was completely unacceptable! You should look to hire people who work well under pressure have a positive attitude and are communicative! (Like the young African American female and elder filipino lady) who works there
