I came here on June 12 and they stated they don’t have printers- I ended up being able to use the self service machine. Then on June 27 I came here with a QR code and they stated they don’t have a printer so they couldn’t ship my item out?
Seems pretty basic to have acquired more printer paper or ink over the span of 2 weeks… at a post office… or they’re very underfunded. Either way, not great :-(

Bad customer service. We had a passport appointment at 1:30 but we waited for long time because the agent was on a lunch break.

We came to the post office to get passports and were told to wait in the lobby. After a while, it became clear that Robert had completely forgotten about us on purpose. Even though they accept walk-ins and there was no one else waiting, he ignored us and helped someone who came in after us. When we tried to get clarity, he was extremely rude and dismissive. After making us wait for nearly an hour, he told us we needed an appointment — something he could’ve simply communicated upfront. His attitude was unprofessional, and the way he treated us felt discriminatory.
Thankfully, Ann & Marvin stepped in and helped us — she showed compassion, professionalism, and took initiative to make things right. We truly appreciated her kindness after such a frustrating experience. She’s the only reason this visit didn’t end on a worse note.

The employee (woman) who gives out parcels is simply amazing. And also the man at the checkout is very nice. But there is one woman, she is not always friendly.

Very rude people. My mom was trying to send out mail, and one of the workers told my mom to wait for the Spanish speaker employee to help her. My mom speaks fluent English, mind you, and when she told this to the worker she told her she still had to wait for the Spanish speaking employee! The kind man who helped my mom was nice, but the other lady was racist and unprofessional.

I received fast and efficient service at this post office. One of the clerks kindly assisted me in locating my missing mail, which I greatly appreciated. Although I don’t often leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. The clerk at Window 3—a lovely young woman with brown skin and striking green eyes—was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Additionally, the convenient location of this post office near my home makes it incredibly accessible. So far, so good!

My fave USPS post office. Used it multiple times, friendly staff that ACTUALLY cares and helps. Everything is clean inside and outside.

I will do business with this post office instead of the one closer to where I live. They are professional here and were able to help out with my passport .

If i'm able to give ""negative"" million stars, i will definitely do this. Was in the post office in atwater on glendale blvd to get metered mail. Approached the counter to the elderly asian lady, i believe her name is """KONG""" because that name is stickered to all the items on the counter (stapler etc), and she says ""we don't do that"" and i told her that i've done this here 3~4 times. Then she says ""that person did me a favor"" and then proceeds to put a regular stamp onto the envelope. Then she says, "it's because you want a date on the envelope" and stamps a date stamp and says it's the same thing and tells me ""68 cents"". The attitude from this elderly lady, i won't be surprised if someone starts yelling at her, which i almost did myself. I went here for the service that the post office provides, not to be told what to do. Hope that the proper supervisor/manager would place this lady on suspension and put on training on how to treat customers in a better way with a better attitude. And i don't care that she's a union worker. That's NO EXCUSE!!!!!
