The old guy there is always nosy. I just wanted to weigh something and he started interrogating me and feeling up my letter. They also tore one of my envelopes and didn't compensate me my 2 stamps.

This place sucks. I have a small business and my shipping label Printer stop working so for days I was taking my packages to this usps with the QR code . They were not a lot of packages like 3 or 4 packages. So one day this older lady scan the QR code for my package and in the label it says PRIORITY .I was using a priority envelope and this older lady says that I can’t use that envelope. She gives me a hard time every time I go. she was saying a lot of things that didn’t make sense and at the end I took my package and went to another usps . I been shipping my packages in several usps and this is the only location I’ve had issues. Also the older guy one day he scan the QR code and his system froze and he was saying that I broke his computer. Every customer who came in he was telling them that I broke his computer. Since that day I just go and drop off my package and i try not to go to this location no more.

First of all first time here and immediately bad experience. I came by to ship a package and the old lady with black glasses and grayish hair was very unprofessional and was not giving the right energy back. I had asked her where the free shipping packages were and said that it only applies to priority and I said well idk I’m not to familiar with this but my shipping is paid for and I should get priority express and She proceeded to lie to my face and say my package wasn’t “priority express” or whichever and had to pay out of pocket which wasn’t quite a lot. It was just the principal that employees love to lie for minimal amounts of work. On top of this my gf also drops off her packages to ship and they’re always free , mind you this we both sell clothes on the same website which is Depop and shipping is paid for already by the website. Don’t waste your time here folks!

Very bad customer service... the Latin woman who did not want to give her name... made me wait more than half an hour and said she would be back in a second... she left me there at the counter for about half an hour and there weren't many people there after I I started to play so she could understand me and another woman came back and I told her that I had been waiting for half an hour and she told me I can't help you because I'm at my lunch... but it wasn't true because the two women were talking back there and neither of them wanted to. attend to me I was going to buy a money order... they treated me very badly.

I don't normally write reviews for businesses, but this place SUCKS. The older gentleman Raul at the window gets upset if he has to do something he doesn't feel like doing or if he has to do something slightly complicated. I've seen people raise their voice at him before and I used to feel bad for him, but not anymore - he's not a very nice person at all lol. This place is only good for dropping off packages. For anything else, go elsewhere cause you're going to be waiting for a LONG TIME.
