Each time I go in there its the same thing. The elderly guy there gives an attitude when asked any question. You hand him a package and it is just thrown somewhere with an attitude. It's sad that this is the type of service we get in our area. I try my hardest to drop off my packages outside of East LA because the service and the people who work there just bring a little enjoyment to your day. Going to this store. it is sad and depressing. Especially because Management refuses to do anything.

was asked if i spoke spanish and when i proceeded to say no, she hung up in my face. called again to speak to a manager, she said ok, pretended to "wait" for the manager, then she hung up again. called again, and was redirected to the automated voicemail saying they're closed. it's 3:50 pm on a monday. they are not closed. i'm trying to redirect my package that was sent to the wrong city due to a messed up shipping label from the rain. this is really disgusting customer service. like i'm shocked.

Losing all our packages and no other usps office is like this.The supervisor doesn’t care. Promised to work on our missing case but never got back.Update: We so far have lost 8 packages that were marked “delivered” this year. THE LOWEST USPS PERFORMANCE. This post office hires random people who throw packages into random boxes. Someone should get this office closed.

Terrible customer service old guy with long grey hair answered my questions with attitude, will never come back I suggest find a diffrent location as this one has terrible customer service this isn't his first bad review I don't know why they still have him working in the front dealing with customers

Raul was so nice. Perhaps the the most polite/helpful post office employee I've ever encountered. I frequent post offices in LA often and this one is by far my favorite because of the short waiting time and kind service. Super shocking and rare!

They refuse to give out drop-off receipts and are always closed at weird, inconvenient times (even when their google hours say they are supposed to be open). All other USPS locations have always given a receipt no problem, except this one. They also take forever to scan the items in and update tracking.

Look people....just because you don't get a receipt isn't a good enough to rate them low..when you purchase online you are getting a DISCOUNT RATE.. I VE witness when customer are picking up parcels that have a incorrect weight or have use commercial base pricing that do not qualify to use.Receipts. You see the receipts on the floor all the and the clerks out cleaning the office up. Cmon give them a break. It's called click n ship. Not click get a receipt and ship. That why the discount comes in....think about it. One lady I saw have 50 Plus parcels she wanted a receipt...she demand a receipt. The poor guy had to scan every SINGLE one. The clerk GAVE HER A PAPER RECEIPT, what ironic, this brought additional attention to the parcels she had she brought. The parcels were under WEIGHT. I notice the clerk putting them on the scale and writing the correct weight on them . POSTAGE DUE....she didn't even say thank you. The clerks are required to not give receipts tjen can scan them but there is a limit too.. this in turn does not create long lines.The real complainers are customers who wait to buy ONE STAMP... cmon NOW BUY TWO ...THERE ARE PARCELS which are sent 1 st class and it weight 10 pounds !?Missing parcels ...the clerks do not delivery parcels only apply postage Dah. These workers really take a lot of verbal abuse from customer day in and out. I seen it. They should close it down and I bet they wouldnt complainAnymore. I seem them gather the parcel walk over and drop them in those orange carts. What else can they do. Get signature confirmation or additionl insurance if that if you concern. since it was sooooooo expensive like say you. You just trying to get two items for the price of one.Bottom Line ...all of you who DONT get there way are nothing but losers. They exploited Yelp. And simple LIE. Why... because they didnt get there way.. .BOOM....... RIGHT. Who else can do what they do. U.S.P.S is not perfect and what company is?.Look ask them and they maybe more willing to help ....right? I have witness the clerks fill out forms for the elderly, assist customer with the tools they have been given, and foremost is information. My understanding they remain open for us even when they had employees out sick with covid 19. Let's cut them some slackAnd stop bringing your pets in....do you allow pets in you place of business.?

This place is great! I don't know why people complain so much. There's usually 2 people at the counter and they do try their best to help you. I get in and out quickly and the people are kind. I see some reviews complain about the old guy but I guess they don't realize he's being sarcastic. He sounds rude but I swear he's joking. He's helped me with my packages several times, I can assure you he's kind.
