all other USPS close an hour earlier on Saturdays. I drove to this location for a last day return. The workers were nice despite being tired during their last hour of their shift.

I had an appointment for getting my passport and the clerk was able to see me as soon as I got there! He assisted me with the whole process and was very helpful with taking my picture, explaining things to me, and answering any questions I had. I unfortunately never got his name, but he had the presence of someone who enjoys their job and really helped ease my anxiety. Also I saw a stack of the required forms across from the passport window, so if you mess up on a form and/or were unable to print one out prior to arriving, this place makes it easy!
The only thing that prevents it from being a five star experience was the lack of parking. This place is SURROUNDED with parking spots in TWO lots but they’re all either for the employees—as is their right, designated employee parking is important—or customers at the bank next door. That bank has SO many parking spots, they should give some to the post office. It wasn’t even a busy day, but parking on the street in the neighborhood was very limited while there ROWS of EMPTY spots in the bank lot. That’s pretty unfair.

Spectacularly incompetent post office. I could list a catalog of ills, but will only mention the latest - On June 17th the postal person left a parcel notice on my door. The date on the notice was June 18th. The notice said I could pick up my parcel on June 19th... A federal holiday, so they are closed. Furthermore the package does not appear anywhere in my Informed Delivery tracking.
Okay, I'll mention one more. I went to the PO to retrieve a parcel, and the counter person said that the tracking number was not a USPS tracking number. I asked to see the manager, who I could see standing by the time clock near the back door. The manager stood by the clock for 10 minutes, then came to the window. She took my parcel form and headed straight for the back exit of the PO. She came back in and tossed a cigarette butt in the trash, then went into the parcel cage. Another 15 minutes and I got my parcel.
Okay, just one more. The PO was closed one day and had a notice taped to the door stating that mail could be posted in the post box at another address 1/2 mile away. Well, the post box 1/2 mile away had red zones and no stopping signs on the entire block, and the post box faced away from the street...

Lost and/or Undelivered Certified Mailpiece. Impossible to speak to a "live representative" regarding issue after several attempts.I am a former (retired) employee and in my years with the postal service did not / have not seen such incompetency. Disgraceful.

Employee did not want to peel stickers from certified mail receipt forms. No customer service skills, and she was very unprofessional. She definitely didn't look like she wanted to work. I won't ever step foot at this USPS location ever again.
