To be honest i just come back from thise office, and also the woman that's is in there today at 8:30Am she's need to be more Polite with all the customers, She doesn't need to scream on the person. If I ask for help or to explain me better.She doesn't have to give me attitudes or to someone else.I don't truly recommend this place If they don't like their work. why they're working there.They need to learn how to be humble in more humankind with other person Or i think shes racist. Or with our color of skin I'm Hispanic My race, it doesn't mean I'm different from other person.All of us deserve respect.I have only one mother , not many more have a blessing.

This location often don't scan packages, and lose packages. I had 3 packages lost and stolen already. They say they can never find them.

dont waste your time coming here especially if youre walking because they just leave and close out even 20 minutes before theyre supposed to close lol. lazy slobs just go to a different location

I had three packages marked as delivered even though I handing received them, however Rhonda was such an amazing help! She consistently called me and tracked down the mail carrier that had delivered my packages and helped me find them again. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it!

I am currently outside this post office and the door is locked , it’s currently 4:33pm and they are supposed to close at 5pm i walked up to the door to ask the worker lady what happened why they were closing so early and she just said the system is acting up which is a lie, they are helping out a customer at the window as I’m writing this 👎🏻

- Packages are not scanned constantly
- packages get lost too often
- their website denies 9/10 claims
- their website is too busy, poor design
- excessively damaged packages
- no human customer service.
- misleading automated call system
- packages ETA nowhere near accurate
- constant 2-4 weeks late late delivery.
USPS needs to replace the current CEO.
Or reassemble all demolished conveyor systems.

It's mind boggling. The post office doesn't have a printer to print out the label for shipping. When I showed the label on my phone (which includes a QR code). She told me I had to print it out myself and glue it on. It's bad business. You try to be modern but why would you need a QR code if you can't scan and print the label on the spot? They could charge a token dollar for this service and the customer would be happy. Because if you imagine not having a PRINTER, SCOTCH and SCISSORS on hand, how long would it take to find or buy the necessary items to do origami? It's a terrible service.

It was my first time sending a letter and I had no idea what I was supposed to do. The employee who helped me was patient and kind as I asked questions on what I should do. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes, great service!

Worst service ever, I was expecting a check from months ago. Today the mail man came to my home twice, why? I don't know. But the Check arrived today, but the check was ripped. I do have videos from the mail man and I'm going to report him. Not only was my mail torn the the other side of my mail is missing.

Worst place to go and deliver a package. Clearly they don’t know what a job description is or what a job description entails! Therefore, people who don’t work in the usps must guess what their job is about and tell them what to do. Apart from incompetent I don’t know how the company is still open or business whatever it is because many employees are not even working. They don’t scan the item, give a receipt, or any form of evidence to demonstrate they have taken in a package.

Worse post office in Los Angeles I keep finding open mail 2blockaway from the post office and having the wrong delivery and sliced Open mail with in the wrong zipecode all over the 001-61zipcodes it’s not even clean at all that was found in my mailbox the other thing you see was found on hooper st and the lock was found in the parking lot,the only thing that was ripped open was the package, Packaging slip from TikTok
Any type of mail is only held for three days at the post office before this return to sender even international mail and they auction off lost mail, which they should just deliver it
