I'm usually a very patient and accepting person. Almost to a fault. But this post office has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The male manager needs to be fired or put through serious customer service boot camp. He does not know how to talk to or communicate with people.

Literally the worst post office in town. Stood in line for 15 min for 1 stamp because the tender has no common sense to ask the guy that needs extra help to move aside so she can help those in line. He needed to cash a money order yet she can’t help him but he is still at the window while the manager on the other window is actually helping the guy. I can’t believe they hire actual RETARDS TO do a government job.

I’ve been to many post offices! This one is always clean n stocked . I’ve never had issues with my packages. They got their system down and they know what they are doing . I appreciate your hard work .

The front doors open early, but the post office windows do not. I waited for 20 minutes, signs state a 9 a.m. open, but it is not always accurate. Additionally, none of the employees had the courtesy to notify the line of people waiting nor place a sign that there would be a delay in opening.

This post office is very Diligent on sending out their packages on time, however I do not recommend you come here if you’re in a rush to send a package.They seem to be understaffed and as a result, they open/close at various times and randomly close for 1-2 hours ( I’m guessing lunch Break). The people you hear in the back while the front is closed have different duties than the main front, So you’re stuck waiting until they open or just come back at a different time.The “overpriced” charges people complain about are just USPS’s flat rate prices that can alway be found on their website.The staff is pretty nice and provides good customer service.

This office is NOT open till 5pm. I hope they collect the mail out of the mailbox at 5:30pm like it stated on the box.
