Dear Erica is the sweetest lady ever. She helped me and another lady greatly, as much as she could. Thank you! I was lucky that it was her time, when i went.

I had to mail a package internationally and Erica at the USPS Miracle Mile branch in LA was amazing! 10/10 she was efficient, informative and friendly.Between the loud construction outside and personnel shortages, I know it is a struggle to go to post offices but I think the employees there do their best. Professional & efficient.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They are extremely nasty and rude, they refer back to things saying like I said…… came in with the right energy and left highly disappointed.

Lady at the front made me cry when I just asked if their scale worked. Eventually weighed my item after a few minutes of insulting me and rolling her eyes.Seriously don’t come here.

I won’t be going back to this location. Every time I go the same girl is working there and every day she is extremely rude for no reason. When I told her I have a package to ship she responded “what do you mean?” She’s the usps employee, right? Then she gets mad at me when I show her my QR code and says “why didn’t you show me that earlier?” Um because you didn’t ask? I ended up taking my packages and using the kiosk to do it myself. So unhelpful and rude and I always leave feeling horrible. You don’t need to take your attitude problem out on random customers. All I want is to ship packages for my small business and I am nothing but nice to service workers. This is just ridiculous

We are lucky to have the post office What a great thing I went on vacation to another country. It was so poor they had no mail service at all. Americans can be so entitled. I give 5 stars.

Sometimes it seems like the employees don't like to work here, but last time I was helped well. I forgot the name of the person but they helped me ship something internationally to the United Kingdom and the process was simple and straightforward. The package made it there in a short amount of time to.

Employees here just don't care. It's like they are doing us a favor. The lack of detail and directions from the employees is horrendous. And they get mad as if we supposed to know everything in the Domestic mail manual that they print out. They are being inconvenienced because we have questions.

Went to drop off a letter today that I needed expedited I walked up to one of the tellers ( don't know her name but was a younger black lady) she was immediately so irritated. I asked her which envelope I would need and she pointed to the counter behind me and didn't say anything and so I went and put my envelope in the expedited envelope and closed it by mistake without remembering my sending address. So I ripped it open and got a new expedite envelope. while I was copying the addresses down the teller left her stand from behind the glass and came out into the lobby of the post office and stood in front of me so close I could smell the lunch she ate coming out of her mouth like hot exhaust "your just going to leave this right here?!??" She grabbed the expedite envelope that I tore and She said With a stank attitude then rolled her eyes. I said "what's with the attitude, I was going to throw that away after I was done writing" she walked away snorting and a hollered at her "I don't want to be doing errands just as much as you don't want to be working here..." This isn't the first time she's been so unpleasant, one of my family members also went here and had an awful experience. I didn't believe how intense this lady was until I got a taste of it myself. She is one sick individual definitely has a rotten soul or just some soiled shorts. She needs to be fired considering all the other reviews! Love, the nicest girl in the neighborhood

Yes, the service is as bad as the reviews say. There was literally no one else in the store and the lady working just stared at me... without speaking a word pointed to the drop off bin... when I tried to tell her the bin was stuck she pretty much ignored me...

It was first experience at this particular USPS. Customer service was beyond awful. I asked the lady at the window to explain me what box I need to purchase to send my parcels, since it was my first time shipping through USPS. In response, I got a very mean attitude and ambiguous response. When I asked my friend to check with her if I took the right box, she literally pointed at me and said : "I already explained to her everything". As a person , who works with people, her behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend USPS at 5350 Wilshire Blvd to remind their employee about simple ethic rules and appropriate behavior.

Very rude. It happened on 6/21. The employee a girl she lied to me about the information that I need to go to other location in Beverly blvd. Beverly blvd office told me that it is wrong information what you said. Please show some national level of service and respectaion to your customer. If you don’t want to work or not happy with your work, please leave. It is unprofessional.

Literally. The. Worst. Usually I don’t write long form reviews, and I give employees the benefit of the doubt… !ut this was just ridiculous. My friend and I are working for a summer camp that needed us to mail small packages out. Earlier that morning, we had gone to UPS, who recommended we go to USPS because they assumed they would be able to do it faster. (Spoiler alert, they couldn’t). There were a decent amount but they were by no means unmanageable. We approached the window and were subsequently ignored for a few minutes, even though the employees weren’t doing any work. When we explained what we needed to do, they just stared at us and didn’t respond… they finally (and begrudgingly) explained that they COULD do it, but it would take a while to MAIL OUT. Not to PROCESS but to MAIL OUT. We were fine with that, until they began to actually process the packages. I’m no USPS employee, but it was clear that they were taking their sweet time. When I went to put more packages in the window, one of the women told me “No more packages. I’m taking a break”, and left soon after. Finally, my friend went back to the UPS and explained the situation, and asked them to do it, to which they happily obliged to. In the end, it took the 2 USPS employees an hour to process 20 small packages. There was a small line, but as someone who works in bureaucracy, I know that one person could have tackled new customers while the other worked on our packages. When we were packing up to take the packages that they no longer wanted to process into the car to take to UPS, one of the employees was sitting on their phone, which was frustrating because like… if you don’t have time to process our packages, how do you have time to sit on your phone. *Note- the UPS down the street was able to the rest of our packages (about 100) with the same amount of people in about 45 minutes. Insanity.
