This location is a pain to get in and out of unless you're on the major street. There are never enough reps at the windows. Kimberly the customer service rep is less than helpful, to the point of frustration.

The WORST! Do not go here. They returned my package for no reason after I had told them I was only sending one. So rude! Horrible service! They only have one employee assisting customers the others are just there talking and not helping. Avoiding going here at any cost

Everyone who works here deserves to be fired immediately. From ignoring customers to cancelling passport appointments and not honoring your new time that THEY TOLD YOU TO ARRIVE TO. Nardia has 0 customer services skills and compassion and whoever is in the picture is the epitome of hateful. She cussed at me for trying to get her attention to ask a question while children were in the office. I filed a complaint to customer service and if I don’t hear any progress on discipline for these two women, I 100% will take this to social media. You can’t hiring disgusting people and expect to keep the location open.

If you’re transgender and looking to get a passport, please avoid this location at all costs. I took my partner here with all of her updated documents and the passport agent kept calling her a man and would not take her documents even though they were all correct. The post office on S Alfred St. is much more kind and accommodating.

The reason for my rating of for the postal workers that deliver in the neighborhood. Every single one that I have come across in the buildings that I have lived in are amazing. Each of them so kind and willing to go out of their way to help. The actual post office and those working in it are a bit of a nightmare so I typically try to use the self serve option when I have to go.

The rudest, unprofessional staff I've ever seen. I saw them Rolling eyes to customer, open up the window in a rudest way, laughing at customer. No empathy, no service.

My wife has been missing mail and NO ONE CARES. Jazmin Berry hasn’t called for over a week nor did she reply the email. My wife hasn’t gotten mail for over a month now, filed a complaint online - still. Clearly getting mail in peoples hands is not a priority here in Beverly Hills. I hope they’re busy doing something, what I‘m not really sure. One star experience

Horrible experience trying to pick up my package. Waited 40 mins with the line of people getting bigger and bigger. Definitely need more staff.

The tracking number shows that my package is in this facility. However, at this facility, they told me it was sent to a distribution center. The USPS customer support representative couldn't locate my package anywhere. So, it came to this place and then vanished into thin air. They lied to me, claiming it was sent somewhere else, despite my tracking number proving it's in this facility. Their customer support representative has no record of it moving anywhere else. It looks like one of their employees made themselves a Christmas gift. Nobody is accountable, and nothing can be done.

Would not willing to give a one star to them. I brought my PSD animal with me. The African American lady inside the reception yelled at me and said we need to go outside because a comfort animal is not welcomed. I found myself very offended because she was prejudicing my PSD as a comfort animal just by a glimpse. I have the right of not showing his service card, but I would still like to teach her a lesson so I walked towards her with the ID card. The lady must’ve find she was wrong so she walked away.
It was such a terrible experience, that particular employee is rude and unprofessional. She should not be here.

If are looking to pay for a HUGE headache, this is the place to use as your "postal service"... An overnight package supposed to be in Miami Monday night, by Tuesday they didn't know WHERE the package was... Totally Hopeless!

This is the worst post office in the area. The workers are uniformly rude and unfriendly. Avoid at all costs. Worth going out of your way to another location, like the one on Maple in BH.
