ONE person available to help at the window during the holiday shipping rush. Very frustrating. Please hire more help. That said, the guy that did eventually assist me was super friendly!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I find the ladies there to be friendly, helpful and delightful. I've shipped hundreds of packages without issue.

They improved their customer service. Brian was very friendly and helpful. They hold my package for a month before sending it back to sender, so I was able to grab it!

This post office is close and convenient so its a 2-star or it would be zero. They close at 5 to begin with (most people do not even get off work by then) and will stand in front of the door or lock it on you to prevent you from coming in between 15-30 minutes ahead of time. I don't understand the closing early to close on-time. Parking spaces are usually taken by workers, so do not come during busy times if you don't want to park on the street. The attitudes here are less than desired. There's a new guy working in the front who seems nice and is always ready to help. The rest.....meh. However, one lady that works there named Connie is a nightmare. She's rude, pushy, acts like you are bothering her, and don't even bother asking her questions. She will either shrug her shoulders, roll her eyes, say "I don't know" or say "whatever you want" without actually providing any help. If she's at the window, wait for someone else.

Parking spaces available. Easy to find location. Friendly staff. They gave me no issues or hassle. Even tho I had a bad attitude at first. They made sure they helped me with a professional attitude which Is greatly appreciated

The staff, Amber in particular, were very friendly when I dropped of a letter that I wanted to send via express. The internet access was a bit slow but that obviously isn't the fault of the ladies working the windows.

This is a much more friendly then dime in the other USPS locations but the USPS cannot be recommended or trusted to handle your packages

The cherokee branch is honestly the only post office in this part of LA with nice workers, who assist fast, and open the branch on time (don't get me started with how bad the Fairfax branch is). The parking is annoying here, but at least they're open when they say they're open and you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I have never experienced missing packages in my life until I used this USPS Cherokee location. I had three int'l package to be delivered to my PO BOX and only two made it. The third one showed it was delivered to my PO Box on the tracking system, but when I went to pick it up, it no where to be found. When I spoke with the manager I showed her the boxes of the two packages I had received and requested for the third one that's missing and she had the nerve to tell me that I had already picked it up and I was already holding the missing one in my hands. I literally had to explain to her that the tracking numbers for the third missing package was completely different from the other two I had received and it was clearing showing on the label and as well on the tracking app in BLACK AND WHITE. Yet, this so-called manager kept insisting that I was holding the missing packaging and all the tracking labels matched and had the nerve to tell me that "they're always good at delivering packages to the correct destination" until I finally had to TEACH her how to read the tracking numbers correctly and that's when she finally realized third missing package had a different tracking number than the other two I had already received, To the end, they couldn't find the third missing package and told me that there's no use to argue with her and I can only file a claim online. So I go online to file a claim, only to find out that it was not eligible because it wasn't insured. This is absolutely the most INCOMPETENT USPS service I've ever experienced and will never use them again once I get the missing package sorted out with them. The staffs and managers are completely incompetent and utterly useless.

Black girl yelled at me grabbed my package while inwas writing the address and made the pen poke through the package. Then shoved it back at me and told me she was closed and slammed the window on my package and hands, said she was getting off work and she was done. They close at 3:39. It was 3:27. Crazy rude. Only reason for one star is the other guy who was open (only other window there) was super nice and normal, despite his coworkers antics. This girl sucks and obviously hates her job.
