I would give zero stars first of all place isdisgusting floor is dirty, walls are stain with filth front customer service workers look like they all hate there job was attended by a older lady who was rude unprofessional and disrespectful to me attitude and fowl laungae for no reason just for asking why she dont explain how pricing reflects on importance to your mail and how u can track it or not by paying absurd fees her name is ming.

The staff is very slow and can't help in any way. There is only one window! The rest of the staff are just hanging around!

Absolutely terrible location and employees. One lady was walking around talking on AirPods looking at us all standing in line and line growing out the door. I paid 15 min to park so I am thinking I could get out in time. Was in line about 30 mins and rude lady when I get up to the front is telling me I’m not ready. When I had my paid shipping codes ready to scan and tape. Then one package I needed to pay to ship. She wanted me to write address on package with a pen, wait in line again and then come and pay to ship it. What????? What was the point of standing in line? Who hired this clown? Very rude service and badly understaffed. Avoid this location at all costs.

Do not come to this post office is your in crunch for time. The staff is friendly and helpful but there's usually 1 window open and the line gets to 30 ppl.

Absolutely horrible location. Long line of people waiting for hours to pick up their mail and not a single employee comes to help. Same situation literally every single day. They’re always missing. Unprofessional employees think it’s a joke when you ask for help. If you hate yourself and want a job that you hate and don’t really wanna do but get paid then this is the place for you. This location exclusively hires people who hate themselves and their jobs.

Update 10/11/23 This encampment was finally cleared out. There were delays because encampment was on federal property & not city.This is my go to post office, often times it seems to be understaffed so wait times can be long. Postal workers behind the counter have always been friendly & helpful. There are a couple of automated machines for shipping/mailing packages but I'm too chicken to try them out.One issue of concern - the large encampment that's in front of the post office. It's just part of our normal landscape here in Council District 13 these days. Proceed with caution.

They didn't know how to handle a COA concerning a person who has Power of Attorney. So much much disinformation from clerk and her supervisor. I ended up calling the main office number and they gave me instructions on how to get it done properly. I was disappointed after going to two different post offices.

It’s always taking too long to just drop off packages. The blue box drop off box is always full and they don’t empty it. Don’t come waste your time if you’re dropping off big packages

O STARS if i could. why would you say it on the website that for Passport we can walk ins only from Tuesday to Thursday 11 to 1pm. When we get there at 12:20, “oh you need an appointment. we don’t do walk-ins. I know the website says that but that’s misinformation and sorry about that.”Really????If you already knew that’s a misinfo isn’t it your job to let someone know so people don’t rush to be there. What a stressful day. Got everything ready, went there. No lines, literally may be 5 people in total there. Few staffs!!Still couldn’t get our job done because apparently it’s “Misinformation on the website.”Do better than this. Fix your issues so we public don’t have to suffer for no reason.

if you need stuff shipped out of state DO NOT come here. they literally will charge you almost $200 per box and not even ship it. ive moved to a whole different state and everything i own has been just sitting there not in transit for 2 weeks straight!! not to mention the phone number either doesnt work or they just dont care to answer the phone as ive been constantly calling since the minute they opened this morning! absolutely ridiculous. cannot trust this place. id give it 0 stars if i could.

The personnel was super helpful in correcting me as far as what slip i needed to fill out for my package. There was next to no wait in line and you can use cash or debit cards at no extra charge .... Totally low key location the handful of times ive gone ....by comparison to some of the other ones that are full all the time ...

The passport service here is atrocious. The woman handling my passport application gave me a hard time for no reason. Everything was filled out correctly. She did not want to answer questions and was generally unhelpful and mean. There used to be very friendly people at the window here. I like the Hollywood Wilcox USPS better.
