Not a good place for me, who does not use mailing services and purchase money orders regularly. I reqesed a moneyorder for over a thousand dollar. When i sae the screen for the carges, i asked the lady on the other side of the counter why she charged for two money orders, her answrr was, "you will see when i give you the money orders and the charges." I wan to know the reason before i pay. Her anseer, "too late for that." She never explained to me that if is more than a thousand, i have to purchse TWO money orders. I turn and ask a question to my friend in spanish and the lady became agresive!!! Worse place ever!!!!

This is just to give a shoutout to Keena, who helped me on the day. She was alone for the whole hour that I was there (I had a large number of drop offs.) She was polite, helpful and as efficient as she could given the long process of dropping off over 50 envelopes. Thanks Keena!!

Rude, rude, rude! "I don't have to work this window a minute past 5," the postal worker said, and cut me off when I tried asking what she meant by repeatedly saying there needs to be a QR code to mail a package. (I've never heard of that before.) Then she lied about the hours they're open before finally directing me to the self-service machine. All that for simply standing in line to mail a parcel, I never said or did anything to warrant that kind of aggressively rude treatment. She unfortunately fit the stereotype and should get replaced by a machine, because yes, the self-service machine did provide me with much better customer service than her!

They're constantly losing packages. I want to give them a fair chance but had to open a PMB somewhere else because my packages also kept getting "not delivered" aka probably stolen... They always point the finger at something else. They don't take responsibility.

Will NOT be renewing my post office box here, this place sucks!!!So much missing mail THANK GOD some of my friends ask about mail they had sent!!Plus at the rate, other peoples mail ends up in my box. I can only imagine how much mail is missing!!

I wish it weren't like this but I have yet to have a positive experience at a post office in LA. Lines are always long, staff is always tired from having to deal with angry people, it takes forever just to send a letter. One day I'd love to give a post office a 5 star review, maybe if we travel back in time.

service is not really good,i just went there to buy stamps,and i did but one of the page which is comes 10 stamps,it wasn't good condition,i went back i ask to person to exchange it,honestly she was really rude,and no respect,i just ask for change it,i pay for it its not my fault the stamps damaged,she gave me damage stamps

Worst customer service experience. The lady in the afternoon shift on December 13th made me do about 30 minutes line just to answer a question, my question was how many stamps I needed to send my letter. When I got to the counter after waiting patiently 30 minutes, she replied that she doesn't have the stamps I needed, really? ? I worked in customer service all my life and thid is not acceptable! No need to treat people so rude and unkind!

I live within the Mar Vista postal area. These postman and woman act like they don't want to be bothered dealing with delivering mail. For the past 2 days it says I have to important letters. I have yet to recieve any mail in 2 days. Where are my important letter?

3 Stars because it depends whom is working what day. There are certain days where you get a mix of the best Register Employee and the worst Pick-up Employee.Let me explain: An old man came to the Pick-up window because a carrier had left a pink slip at his inbox. The old man simply wanted to know what the paper meant.When the female employee came out to the pick-up window. She had to first express that she got a new Winter Hat. They initiated conversation but the female Employee was being too much. Right off the bat, she started saying things like “Sir, dont tell me how to do my job.” or “Its too early for this today.” “Did you get a package? If you dont have a package, i dont know what to tell you!”All i can hear is the old man saying “I just want to know why they gave this to me.”Honestly, seems like the old man just needed a simple explanation. The female employee tried to victimize herself by making him like a bad customer.All i can say is, Other people in line were mouthing: “Why is she being so mean?”

Stupid lady at pick up counter was chatting up customers about her baby told me I can pay for my passport application here, but after waiting in line for a half hour the clerk told me I can’t…… So unprofessional, but postal workers don’t care. I used to be regular carrier for the post office myself- so happy I left. If this was a private company they would go out of business. They got a big government bail out cause they need it because they are so dysfunctional. Employees know they can’t get fired so they don’t really care about their work ethic.
