The management team at this location needs to do better. A service request was placed for a package that was sent with the vast majority of its contents have fallen out of a split package or taken. They can to tell me, “I can see the package was open by our scan, although it’s difficult because it’s a black and white photo” This package came from a sender via a postal person from picking up the package. The package weight in the beginning of the transaction was 2- 1/2 LBS. somewhere along the line. While in post office custody. It had been scanned in at 1 LB. I’m being told that the weighing in of the package was done at the receiving end. They then try to explain away my concerns, while telling me, “it never lost weight” WHAT??? The USPS in general has always needed better customer service in my opinion. After today, I’ll be using a private company.

I have a problem with your office. I've lived in Playa vista for seven years. Yesterday your rosta employee didn't want to give me my package. That's the second time. She demanded my papers. This woman is mean and ill-mannered. Sharp and rude. I ran behind her car yesterday to show her my I.D. I'm 58 years old. And it's not okay that this employee of yours hates people. I wish I didn't have to see her at Playa Vista anymore. --- and I'm also missing a package. Here's her number: 92001 90387851800261765. I didn't get a parcel notice. You forgot to put it in my box at my address. And they said they couldn't find my address! Return my package to me! I live at Crescent Park East. 5710. —- Natalia Klapperman

I’m a seller on depop and recently came in to ship an item I had sold. Still no updates on the shipment and I have high reason to believe employees are stealing packages. Yall need to get your workers in check because this is unprofessional and tacky 🤦♀️😐

I deposited 6 checks on 6/11/2025 as of 7/22025 none has made to the destination and I'm getting letters from all the companies that the checks were made to that I didn't pay my bills
The authorities need to investigate this matter because I'm sure there are more people in my same situation

This post office needs to be investigated!! They stole my package and based on other reviews someone is definitely stealing the packages here!! Upset about all this and mad they have thieves working at this location. How in the world can an express mail priority package get lost????

Today is Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, and my package mailed via USPS out of Benbrook, Texas using next-day express delivery Friday, March 21st, 2025 is still sitting at this location in Los Angeles, CA 90045. Please rethink sending out anything important to your kids, such as birthday cards, gift cards, jewelry, or anything sentimental, as there are zero guarantees it will be delivered.
My daughter has for the very first time not received her birthday card, gift, and the post office is extremely unresponsive, and unaccountable for their services. Never had a problem with delivery arriving, always had a problem with the timeline but never a package disappearing. And USPS has not done a thing to remedy this problem. As a matter of fact, the head-sheds of customer service closed my case saying it was completed.
Please use UPS, or Fedex at least they deliver within three-days. This flat express envelope has been sitting in Los Angeles now for 16-days. The incompetency is mind-blowing, and the laissez-faire blatant gaslighting is infuriating. Hope the United States Postal Service just shuts down entirely. If the corruption continues, all these folks will be jobless, and private courier services will be the main recourse to delivery. Again think about dependability. It is not the first time USPS takes my money, and fails to deliver as promised. US Express took $31.00 of my money to deliver next-day a flat envelope that weighed less than a few ounces. Egregious disregard to quality control, and ensuring a consistency in their overall business model, and mail system.

I had to mail a couple of gift items and I didn't have a box or labeling ready and the lady at the counter was professional and helped me navigate the packaging options. Once I got my packaging from the shelf and went up a second time I was helped by a second lady who was professional and helpful.
I also got a PO box here and the guy behind the counter was able to set me up without issue. I had a question about how the street address po box was different from a traditional PO box and he wasn't the best at explaining the difference but I was being dense and in retrospect the difference is quite obvious. He wasn't rude he just had trouble explaining it in simple terms at the time, something I can't fault him for given how painfully obvious it is in retrospect.

The staff of the one on LaTijera alledgedly stole the items in my packages. I complained to the manager as she watched me reopen the already opened package. The manager stated that all complaints come to her and stated that she wouldn't do anything with the complaint that I planned to file. Crooked staff and management, in my opinion - to say that she would do nothing with my complaint. That let me know what she was probably allowing it to happen and might be a conspirator. It's disgusting that one can't trust the post office to open and alledgedly steal the. intents of packaging. Disgusting. You pay for a box and worry about the staff opening and stealing contents. Dang shame.

Shout out to Euginda at this USPS branch who made my experience here amazing. Due to my own carelessness, I came into the branch right before closing time, but Euginda patiently took the time to help me with the international forms and all, even past closing time.
We got everything done and I left feeling great and deeply appreciative of how the staff here went out of their way to help me out.
Really exemplary conduct as compared to many other places in America.

Got all my kids in the car and walked into the post office with my packages that were only scan code, which takes about 2 seconds and they literally forced me to leave because they were “closing early”. Horrible behavior from a business but honestly, typical for a post office.
