The team here is very nice. However, all of their services are out of date. For example, the USPS said they offered fingerprinting services but the machine has been broken for a very long time.

Worst experience ever, i found online that package sent from oversea (cost me 150 dollar to send) delivering on 22nd of jan 2024, they left the notice because i wasnt there, i was at home , but i thought i just missed it. Went online to reschedule, and i did on 25th - was home all day of rescheduled date and day after, online update never changed and no delivery. On saturday i received a call saying they will deliver today, waited front of my room (live in aprtment), i received a text saying i missed it again. No knock on door, no call or text to meet downstair, just left the final notice on mailbox. Called agent, person told me since i received final notice package is going back to sender, and because it saturday theres nothing i can do... delivery person never actually try to deliver this, and agent did not help ,e at all at csc. Im out of 150 bucks and more to resend this package.

The ladies at the counter are the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I went to this office for fingerprinting services. Machine had some minor issues, and it took several times to get my fingerprints taken. Not a great situation since I was in a rush. The lady who was helping me was patient, had such a positive attitude and handled everything with care. Got my results online the same day!

Lazy workers lying to me saying that the package went out for delivery, and the manager gave them those instructions, even though I was left a note to pick it up the next day, with the date on and everything.I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue, what are the workers doing behind that blue door that they rather not to fetch packages, they just lie, this is the twilight zone. If they go to work just to hangout, they should pay for the entertainment not get paid for a job not done. People can have no compassion no heart, we dedicate time and resources to get our packages, important personal packages paid for. And we get this treatment. This is sick.

Mail / parcel pick up door, during pick up time period, rang the bell several times with no acknowledgment for over 10 mins and counting. I had to go inside, get in line. Usps Female behind counter said she is just picking up mail. She looked for employees in the back area, and she said no one was back there. Waiting at the counter. Female employee who complained about helping a customer while she was at the counter, while I spoke with the female cashier. Female cashier inquired, what time is it? To another female employee, who was using a cane, confirmed they are still back there. Later, this employee was sarcastic to me and mumbled at me once i said i had been waiting over 20 mins. She told me that she didnt think it had been that longThe current time is 3:48 pm, and no one has cone to the mail / parcel pick-up door area, to assist me, over 20 mins to pick up packages and counting with no response from a USPS employee. Horrible service all around. People act like they don't see you. Pardon the errors, but you get the jest. I would rather be writing a great review. Female cashier came over to assist and apologized, after three other customers had joined the line.

Long wait. Service from the 50s. Terrible attitude… “I don’t have your stamp. You will have to wait and go to the next window…” like she could not walk a few steps and collect it… the other one is sitting there talking to others with “out of office sign”… the elder Asian gentleman is the only nice and helpful one without attitude…

THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS!!! RUDE, LAZY, MEAN SPIRITEDEMPLOYEES WHO DON'T WANT TO WORK AND WHO ARE GETTING PAID TO WORK! SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THEY CONSTANTLY LOSE PACKAGES AND MAIL. I'M TAKING THIS A STEP FURTHER.

You could definitely use a cleaning up outside trash all over the place in the bushes and the flowers. Dirty sidewalks that need to be power sprayed.It needs to be power sprayed.I should add photos ?

Kirby is the worlds greatest! each employee there is kind, but Kirby deserves extra stars. I don't know what all these negative reviews are but if you go to the post office, unprepared yes you were going to have to wait. If you know what you want and can answer simple questions on the screen you'll be expedited and treated with great customer service! Thank you for employing wonderful people and appreciate the service.

This location & the people who work there is probably the reason why no one ever wants to go to the post office. I wish I could do all mail-related things online in order to avoid these interactions
