About 3 years ago I made a return here to AT&T. I returned a phone that wasn't working properly and USPS "Lost it" and since they didn't hand me receipt when I asked for it I ended up paying a lot of fines, it was my word against them. I don't recommend going to this place. They are never open at their posted times and the people here rarely seems to want to actually work there.

Has anyone else had their mail opened and items stolen? I have photos of before and after. Money was taken from two envelopes and resealed. One was mailed locally the other to Hesperia and both were opened and money taken. Luckily it was $20 dollars for my grandkids as a Valentine gift. Whomever needs it more than us but be ready because I am not going to let this slide. You committed a federal crime and you will be held accountable. Even the post master general that does nothing to clean this location up, has to clean this place up.

Wonderfully cheerful and helpful folks work here. I’m so grateful for their warmth and effective help in assisting me to send something by certified mail. Thank you!

I get here from having a appointment at the other location. Which is closed and is directing people to this location. And the lady will not arrive until a hour. She said and that’s a maybe! I selected picture services and at this location they don’t have a camera! She told me to go somewhere else to take a picture and come back! The location had trash everywhere! One again, they had attitudes! Why are you not happy to be working a government job with benefits! Let’s trade places!

They are people who have no education, they laugh in your face when you ask them for something as a favor, it hurts that there is no supervisor, I felt so mocked when I asked them for a favor, they make fun of you in your face more so with Latinos. But well, there is a God, that is not good, there are so many people with depression and anxiety at this time and they say that is not fair ?????

Today I went to that post office and a curly haired lady with glasses on the left side was very rude and mocking. My nephew kindly asked her if she had anything to glue my envelope on, because it didn't stick and she told him that she would use her tongue and together with the other woman with long curly hair who also works there, they made fun and laughed out loud, making fun of what she said. They had said, I didn't tell them anything, I just said to my nephew, at least these are "little jokes" the other two ladies who worked before were bitter and pedantic. But I think that in this email they should give them customer service training because they are terrible, every time I have to go to this email it stresses me out and that's because it is the closest one to me. I wish you luck when you go there.

The post office on Crenshaw and 57th is closed and they send people to this one to receive their mail. The woman for that section acted like she was angry that she had to even be there. Rude, full of attitude, snapping answers at me. If you just need to drop off and don't need to talk to people, then its a great place! But the customer service is non existent.

Just wanted to say that I love this post office. I have never really encountered a long line, and the gentleman that’s usually there has excellent customer service/public relation skills. I needed to package some baby clothes to send out to Fontana CA. He made a suggestion that worked for me, and my package arrived at it’s destination on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clerk ( light skin, black woman with s-curl and glasses) is extremely rude. Attitude as soon as I approached the counter. Told me going online was useless. Brought in my 2 forms of ID to get my PO Box and she told me I didn’t qualify because I’m transitioning between homes.. I asked her to show me where it says that and she told me she wouldn’t. When I spoke to a clerk on the phone, he told that’s not true. She needs a new position immediately, worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. If you can please go to another post office to avoid being treated poorly.
