I came here and had the worst experience what appeared to be their only employee. Jewel was so unprofessional and determined upon not helping me. It's been so hard for me trying to get back on my feet after losing my home and she was just so bent upon ensuring I left feeling as miserable as it appeared she was with her job. It's hard enough for women as it is out here when going through struggle without people like Jewel going out of their way to make it harder than it already is for other women trying to get back on their feet. Shame on you Jewel. You need to be spending more of your work-time being grateful u got a job instead of spending it focusing on ur customers' lives. Do the U.S.P.O. a favor & go to a workshop on professionalism or something.

Don’t waste your time here. The clerks are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t want to do their jobs. They talk back, act like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for help, and treat every request with attitude. Packages go “missing,” and basic services are a struggle. Avoid this place if you can—it’s a disaster.

I really hate to even give 1 star. Every time I come to this postal office it is dark as though it is closed and the girl at the counter has a very stank attitude. Every time. Not to mention every time I come in there are no other customers. So it’s not like she is overworked . Just a very sorry and extremely unpleasant disposition. It’s like a ghost town. I should have taken pictures. Today… I walk in the girl stays seated and she is clearly watching television. Unbelievable that this sorry ass girl has this job. The location on Vermont is usually busy but yet they manage to provide great service. The
one on Vernon and Denker also great customer service. But this one should reconsider who they hire or put some customer service training in place immediately.

This is the worst post office ever. Bad attitudes from the clerks.They act like it’s a problem when you ask them something about the mailing or even asking to assist with mailing option. They don’t greet you when u walk up to the window. Yesterday a gentleman said good afternoon 3 times and literally she didn’t respond. The gentlemen said I said good afternoon so you don’t hear me and that’s when she spoke. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then walk up and stated I was mailing some mail and I like to know when will they receive it, she says look at your receipt when I give it to you. I’m like dang you can’t tell me. It’s just bad all around. I’ll never go to that post office ever again.

Honestly I had a box here for a free years and I thought I was tripping at first until most of my packages began to go and remain unfound. Frequently. I’m a mother and I order my kids things thinking they’re safe with USPS. But hell no don’t go here count on your things going missing. I have informed delivery as well and still don’t get half of the Mail “arriving soon”. I have submitted complaints…but that’s just that. Nothing changed here. I changed my box. Also it’s never really open and given the neighborhood i totally get it. NGL…id lock up early tooo they should get combat pay just for showing up to with but they don’t so they’re taxing us our packages 🧐🤨 I hope somebody catches them outside 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

Non star 2 workers ladies need to be remove in mediatelly i used to buy money order and I always count before but when they receive they said the money amount it’s short so it’s bad not secure to buy money o this place

The two girls there have a very ugly attitude i dont know why are they working there if they dont like helping customers very unprofessional. Should be fire. The worst post office.
