Rude plus I’m very positive that they were trying everything possible to take over my P.O. Box that we have had for 30 years same key , a week a go all tge sudden our only p.o.box key they given us 30 years ago stopped working we couldn’t open the tge lock , my mom event back was told to come back tge next day , so we did showed up only to be told by tge lady that was not the key to the box , and we told her it’s the same key we’ve had for 30 years. She was dead sertain in wasn’t , with out even looking in to tge computer or verification, she just was like nope that’s not tge key, then she changed the story telling us they did change the locks and that they had given us the keys and we’re said uh no we don’t have they’d plus why did you change the lock, , she then proceeded to tell us that maybe you did make your payment back in march six months ago hand we had a receipt saying it was paid and the next payment was in September 30th that’s weeks from now eventually they changed the story saying they had given us tge keys and that we should have them but that there was a someone coming over from who knows were to try to resolve this that’s when argument broke out with two other customers I think trying to renew they passports and the clerk was being rude plus basically sending them to another location cause she didn’t wana help them hence the video we eventually got our keys snd they never told us why they changed tge lock or what happed or even asked us for i,ds to
Verify If it was really our p. O box or not 2 hours we were there trying to see what was going on all we got was a round around till they finally maybe said ok tgey ain’t living here just given them the new keys , looking at tge reviews I can tell that something is up in there and they need to retrain, fire , an possibly investigate , this location here cause there’s some unprofessional people working here and very sketchy things going on inside there

Britney’s Passport service staff super rude zero skills for customer service. I came to deliver my passport file when I get to the window Britney was finishing her only customer at 11 am. I said good morning and she asked what I am looking for I replied saying that I would like to send my passport file she did not even wait me to finish and replied back walking in must be in line at 8:30. I asked if this information was specified in their website which clearly is not but instead says “passaport walk-in 9-10 am” I asked until what time the agency it’s open she said until 3 pm I said well so does not look like you have more customers in line for passport, she keeping repeating herself like a robot “passport walk in 8:30 in line “ afterwards she left for her break and I asked to another employee if this rude lady which has 0 customer service attributes was the only one that could help with passport, and he explained that at 8:30 she distributed her “tickets” for all the people who are in the line and I guess they come back in the time she specifies. However this information is not present in their website. I asked to speak with the supervisor who never show up. During the time I called to the USPS customer service other people were coming for the passport service and were waiting for her to return from her break to been seeing and she repeated her same robot answer for them as well “passport walk in 8:30 in line“ I understand that each USPS agency determines its own customer service work hours, but it should follow the time that is present in their website. In addition customer service manner and politeness should be add to her onboarding training if she wants to work with the public. She should understand that not just because she is working for a federal agency she has the right to treat people like as garbage. I filled a formal complaint about the misinformation and rudeness hopefully the USPS Human Resources/ supervisor/ and herself can fix this issues and be more clear with their service hours and treat people with respect.

Why don't they give better training to the people who work at the USPS offices? They really do very poorly, the customer service is terrible, it's as if they hate being there working. I went to get my passport, the person serving at that ticket office is super rude, a completely negative attitude, she doesn't even respond to your greeting, and if she doesn't feel like finishing serving you, she doesn't. It's very disrespectful to approach someone as a person who is going for a procedure. She really doesn't deserve to be in that position. Look for someone who really wants to work and be nice to people. How many complaints do you need to receive to do something about it? And improve the service, and the supervisor doesn't solve anything; he's just there for show.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this post office. A staff member with pink hair told me that my package had been rescheduled for redelivery. I waited at my front door for the delivery, only to be told by the carrier that the package was never sent out—it was left at the post office the entire time. I had no choice but to go pick it up a second time.
If you don’t want to help customers, that’s one thing—but there’s no need to lie to us. We can’t see what’s going on behind the glass and have to rely on what staff tell us. This kind of behavior is completely irresponsible and disappointing.

Self-service machine down on tax day. Do they have an idea that that machine does as many jobs as dozens of staffs?

twice in a row they have marked packages as unable to be delivered because no one was available to sign. my apartment has a staffed front desk and i was home all day to wait for the package. they did not even attempt to ask the front desk. they want me to come pick it up from the post office when i have specifically paid to have it sent to my residence and given instructions on how to do so.

Self serve machine doesn't allow shipping pre paid packages or printing pre paid labels. Absolutely useless to have this machine. Lines are infinite here. Could be less line if they Enabled ALL the features on THE MACHINE!!!!!!!!!

The line is out the door. While two postal workers are behind the window. Yet one of the two is standing back drinking a beverage from Taco Bell. Instead of helping seniors who are barely able to stand. Totally not a good look. Like seriously; you just can’t make this stuff up. 🤦🏽

Someone is opening and stealing my mail, which includes checks and court paperwork. My box used to be full every day but now it's empty 3-4 days in a row: and when the mail returns, it has been opened and over-glued back together. I have missing checks and court papers. I thought it was my X, but I've changed locks 3 times in less than 6 months leading me to believe it's an inside job. Reporting to Inspector General today. The regular female manager is wonderful.
