Be very careful with this USPS Mail store. Three of my packages have gone missing here. They tell you to drop off the package even if it’s past the cut-off time, but they won’t give you a receipt. They just tell you to take a photo and say it will be shipped. I made the mistake of trusting that — and lost three packages. Poor service and no accountability. I do not recommend this location. And costumer service is the worse is sad because they do have some nice ladies that they provide good service but most of them are mean

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE LAZY RUDE LADIES!! The 2 old ladies are rude and do not want to work. I took a package with a prepaid label and they did not want to take it because it had the date of 1/31/2025. I had messaged the company, and they said labels good for 90 days. I asked the lady to scan the label, and they did not even want to do that. I ended up going to another post office and had no issues with the same label. FIRE ALL OF THEM!!

Definitely deserves 5 negative stars, they always close early before 5 it’s been many times I come 10/15 minutes before 5 and they’re closed got there exactly 12 minutes before 5 by the time I took pictures it was 4:52

The best service ever
the lady whom name starts with a G was so polite and caring.she helped me she even taped my package for me and since this was my first time.she was more than willing to help.and gave me tips on how to send packages in the future. Thanks so much best service ever.

I have no idea how these uneducated/disrespectful people get a job here. There are plenty of people who at the very least graduated high-school. I came in to buy a stamp and I was getting attitude from the old hag at the window before I even came up to it,can't imagine what it would have been like to ask an actual question regarding shipping concerns or mailing assistance here! Lol what a joke to the U.S. just call this a Postal Service.

Apparently they close @ 4:45 not 5 like they should! Sierran a las 4:45 no a las 5 como deben! Terrible service one of them gave attitude! Who knows why because closing was still a whole 15 min away… don’t come here!
