Shane helped immensely! I'd been to several stores over the weekend and was a bit overwhelmed with all the different things salesmen were telling me. Shane was clear, concise, and honest in telling me exactly what I needed to know. Appreciate it so much! Definitely a repeat customer. Thank you so much dude.

Shane was very friendly and helpful! Came in with a SIM card issue and although they were out of SIM cards he recommended where to get one and installed it for me when I came back to the store! Thanks Shane!

Paid for a trade in (iphone 12 —> 15) and they had to order it because they didn’t have the color and GB i wanted in stock. said it would take 2 days, and that they would call me when it came in. I waited a week and no call. During the week of silence I called twice and was sent to voicemail, left my name and number and did not receive a call back. I drove all the way to the store to wait in line for 15-25 minutes, just for an employee to tell me my phone was delayed due to the demand, but that it would be coming in tomorrow. Okay. Today is the day it came in, and I did not receive a call from the verizon store. I call them and they told me my phone is ready to be picked up. I am here now and waiting in an insane line, where there seems to be only one employee. I should not have to jump through so many hoops and be driving all around & calling just to get the phone that i have already paid for. I’m writing this as I wait in the ridiculous line, so there’s room for it to get even worse if there are hiccups in receiving it. Don’t go to this store or maybe consider switching to another carrier, considering verizon is cheap and seemingly doesn’t like to staff their stores

Joey was incredible and displayed an amount of empathy and kindness regarding my husband’s death that was really lovely and honestly kinda rare. I was dreading having to come in and take care of this, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very knowledgeable and cool, and I’m grateful to have come to this location to get all this taken care of.

I received help from Kaylin about 3 weeks ago and it was within an hour of close time. She was patient and super helpful after I broke the screen of my phone and didn’t have access to anything but Siri. I appreciate her so much as she helped me and 2 other people, and gave thorough instructions and information.

Marisa, the store manager, is the queen, the high priestess, THE GODDESS of customer service in attitude and action.Easy going , solution-oriented, personable, kind, thoughtful, KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!, all of the good things.I admittedly get nervous about technology (I'm a bad millennial ha) and she didn't so much as bat an eye. Smoothly assisted me with an upgrade and transfer, answered alllll my questions, granted alllll the applicable discounts WITHOUT ME ASKING (unbeatable value!), plus the store is spotless, has a well-stocked and organized selection of chargers, etc and is located in a safe, huge lot with plenty of parking. THANK YOU AGAIN MARISA. You're a rockstar and the world needs more people like you

I love this Verizon- the service is amazing and it shares a parking lot with Costco too! We came in because we wanted to see about upgrades because the new iPhone came out soon and we wanted to pre-order it. We came in. We knew nothing about upgrades or how our plan to change or anything like that. Marisa explained everything to us. She had so much knowledge about the whole process, and what changes would be made to our bill, the different info about the different phones, etc. She knew everything. She was also so kind and managed the whole line somehow while also giving us her full attention. What I liked most is that we had no information about anything before we came in and she allowed us to not have to come back for multiple trips and just explained everything to us. It was way faster than calling a customer service line that's for sure. Definitely going back here and the place just had great vibes in general!

i came to this shop multiple times. all the employees were friendly and provided the best customer service ive ever had. all the negative review never got told no when they were young.

Javier is great at managing this store by himself and was able to speed through a busy lunch rush of customers with a great personality and patience.Thanks for helping me with my corporate account along with answering my questions and switching my business number from the old one that received a lot of spam. Multi-tasking skills 10/10, too!

Shane was incredibly knowledgable, kind, and helpful. He could keep his cool with a mob of customers in the store that I would never be able to. He was able to juggle helping multiple people at once in a way that was truly impressive. I came in to trade-in my phone and as we were setting it up I realized the color didn't really match what it looked like online. Shane took no offense to my dumb request to stop what we were doing and start over with a different phone. A hundred thanks, I'd go out of my way to come to this store again. Verzion--this guys deserves a raise!
