Immediately my account was hacked. I had a pit in my stomach when the employee asked me my pin for the account, but proceeded anyway. Within 7 min, email was changed, phone number was changed, all log in details, and signed up for paperless billing. I bet they're trying to get whatever $100 gift card you apparently get as an incentive. Going to a different store tomorrow to cancel the whole thing. Worst experience.

I walked in Verizon confused and frustrated about my obsolete Apple 6 phone and walked out of Verizon with a totally awesome new phone deal. Kenneth explained everything thoroughly.

Kenny was more than helpful got me a new device promptly and made the visit pleasant. This Verizon is the most helpful I have come by.

Awesome customer service! Stopped in to organise two mobile plans and the system kept having issues. Kenny spent a lot of time personally helping to ensure these were set up properly, even though we kept getting errors. Obviously we would have preferred quick and easy sign up but nothing was the fault of the store. We’d highly recommend stopping in if you need a device or plan.

KAM B----- KAM B-------- KAM B!!!!! This will have been my 2nd time working with Ms. B. This time around I dropped my cell in the ocean in Mexico... She helped in every way possible. Explaining Apple procedures, Verizon turn around time, Asurion agents, FEDex times (i'm not joking ) while still providing excellent customer making me laugh and others walking in the store. I live in the valley and come here ... nuff said.

Customer service was above and beyond; Kam worked with me for upwards of three hours to get the assistance and support I needed from corporate with a will-not-take-no-for-an-answer attitude.

be careful in this store with the manager Robert and his worker Jesse because they charge for activation and then a way to steal comes to them in the bill without telling you

Received service very quickly. Jesse was very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Entire transaction for a trade in of old iPhone and transfer to new iPhone went very well.
