Excellent experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and recieved service right away. Mario was so helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process and advised multiple options for the trade-in deal. He set up the iphone efficiently, explained all the charges, and answered my questions honestly. Originally I was hesitant about going into the store rather than buying it online, but I am so glad I did!

I called 4 times spoke with 4 different employees. I was never called back about my order . Really bad communication here . Going to a real Verizon store . Worst customer service

No discounts here...they do not honor Verizon discounts...they are a 3rd party business...needed a charger and paid full price...ugh...

Melanie was extremely patient, informative and very thorough in upgrading my IPhone. I have been going to the West L.A. Verizon on Santa Monica Blvd. but because of Melanie's excellent service, I will definitely recommend this closer-to-home, better parking, less crowded Victra-Verizon store on Lincoln near 83rd Street. Thank-you, Melanie. You are terrific!

Bad customer service experience. I went on Saturday with my iPhone X and told them I was having trouble consistently connecting to LTE and I have insurance but was looking to upgrade my phone anyway. They said great, since my phone is in good physical condition I can trade it in for $700 credit and upgrade to the iPhone 13. The only catch is they needed to order the new phone because they didn't have any in stock. As frustrating as that was, I was fine waiting a few days for the new phone. Fast forward to Thursday. I go into the store to pick up the new phone and now different employees say that what I was told on Saturday actually isn't true and if Verizon doesn't find my phone in perfect working condition (as well as physical condition) that I would not get the credit and I would have to pay the full cost of the new phone. I was told two completely different things by different employees 5 days apart and now I've been without a phone when I could have gotten an insurance phone over the weekend. Plus, no solution was offered, it was basically "take it or leave it" and I wouldn't know if I would get hit with a $900 bill for the new phone until after I had agreed to take it. Extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go somewhere else.

We received great service from Mario. He was very patient and helpful. Solved my problem within 15 minutes of walking in and provided some great knowledge for potential future problems. Thank you very much. If you have an issue, ask for Mario. He will definitely help you!!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience of all time with customer service. Staff was incompetent and that had to call manager… they told me that they would not except my trade in due to it being cracked.… But after I called customer service they said that was not true and they can give me a credit towards a new iPhone.… Set up an appointment through customer service and manager told me that they would not honor it… They said customer service will tell you whatever you want to hear… Also told me that I need to be smart about things… It was belittling and probably the worst experience with customer service and hospitality I get there soon.… This staff and management have to go back to training… Ended up going to the Verizon retailer store about a mile away from this one on Sepulveda… Super hospitable had no issues trading in my phone… Ask for Jules… She was amazing.

Jesus the manager was exceptionally kind , efficient and professional as I was buying my iPhone 13 . I was undecided about certain things and he took the time to explain what each thing did and why it was worth it . I really appreciate someone helping me like that and not just rushing me to buy some thing. The best phone buying experience I've ever had , super fast , with a nice chair to sit in and I had to go to the bathroom really bad and they let me. YAY !!!

This was JUST OK It was pricy - The manager was GOOD - but the system was down alot and I was not able to get my exchange on myphone and they have limited stock and they push you on unneeded accesorys - Again staff is GOOD - but this location PRICY Stick to you guns - and dont over pay

Jesus helped me get me fix my phone super quick. He was extremly nice and and I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes! Would definitely recommend if you’re having difficulties so and don’t know where to begin.
