Sophia was immensely helpful and kind while I chose the "first wave" of my Fall clothing. She brought sizes she knew I needed to my dressing room, and was so lovely. Thank you Sophia and Vince!

STAY AWAY! Very rude employees. I was told the bathroom is upstairs but when I went upstairs a very rude lady told me it’s not public. I was very polite and explained the other person said I can use it and her tone was even worse and she got more rude. I wanted to shop a bit I found some nice jackets I wanted but I didn’t bother spending my money at a place with such terrible customer service.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. They literally fake smiles in front of you, turns around and mocks right afterwards. Love Vince brand but hate their in store experience.

This shop was crowded with people today. I rely on their clothes for durability, but they are quite expensive.

Although their merchandise can be very expensive, I find that they become stapes in my wardrobe which I can rely on for decades.

The Vince at The Grove provided me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee I dealt with, Cynthia was rude, impersonal and disrespectful. Weeks ago I went shopping with a gift certificate, I split payment with my own money to buy a wallet to make up the difference in cost. Days later I discovered that the wallet was not practical for me and I decided to return it. When I went to return it, I was talking to a very nice employee when Cynthia inappropriately jumped in our conversation and made it clear that because of my split payment they couldn't issue my money I spent to make up the difference back to my credit card, and had to issue the entire cost of the wallet on to a gift card. I found that weird, since I provided my receipt I assumed it was easy to just reissue a new gift card and send back my money to my credit card, I was forced to spend my money in a store that I don't even like, with a boring selection and ridiculous prices, but I said it was fine, I wanted to make it easier for them. However that specific employee had a very inappropriate and defensive attitude making her commission a priority, obviously! Yesterday I came back to the store at the Grove, and I wanted to use my store credit just to finish this disgusting experience, but unfortunately I had to face that associate once again, who followed me upstairs, berated me and came out full of fury, refusing to sell me anything without having my card (which I had expressed numerous times that I lost). There was no hello, no a welcome back, or even a smile, she asked for my email and found all my information, she printed a receipt, acknowledged that I hadn't used my new reissued gift card yet, and she refused to let me buy anything without my gift card physically present after I mentioned a handful of times I genuinely had no idea where it was. I walked out of the store and my friend that was with me was shocked by the disrespectful and rude attitude of this employee. More so because of how cold she was and how evident it was that she didn't want to help me figure out any other option. She took down for my information for the store manager to contact me, and to no surprise I never received a phone call. What is the point of not using my credit when it is in the system? Rules? They didn't apply these rules when taking my money. My card is lost, and I honestly don't know why they credited it to me if I can't even use it in their store. It's just floating around in the system somewhere while I'm out of my own money as well. To keep my money and not alaud me to use it is stealing, the inability to treat your customers with kindness is uncalled for. Surely my experience would have been different without Cynthia.

This is my favorite Vince in LA to browse in even though I hate going to the Grove. It's big and spacious and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. At this price point, I want honest opinions about how the clothes look on me and I appreciate that the staff seem to give sincere but loving feedback.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and none of the salespeople greeted me or even acknowledged me. I asked if men's was upstairs and the guy said yes, as I made my way upstairs I took a quick glance and didn't find what I was looking for, then he finally made it half way up the stairs (literally dragging) as I was making my way down. Didn't say one word to me. I walked out and will never go back. Don't waste your time that's all I have to say.

This review is for the excellent service that we got from Mike T at the store. We tried on half the store until we decided on what we wanted to purchase. Also, he was kind enough to fix an issue with an order that I had placed at the Abbot Kinney location the day before (the Abbot Kinney staff need a lesson in great customer service from Mike).

Always friendly and helpful staff--always great selection of quality Vince products. The store layout is really open and nice, too.
