Note: This is specifically for CHLA specialty pharmacy....Being a pharmacy at a children's hospital you think you would be nice and more caring, everyone is so rude, its not just one person its everyone at the counter. Been coming here for almost a year and never get a person with great customer service, you don't like your job, gooo.. these families here are already going through so much we don't need their tude on top of it all. Also, how long it takes to fill prescriptions is a joke. I called in my son's meds for refills 2 days ago and here today to pick them up and still having to wait 30 minutes for them to be filled. Come on CHLA there has to be better service. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've dealt with, not just once, everytime.

The lady with the green hair color is lazy and very rude because of her customer service skills I grade this pharmacy a one star .

Was told it was my fault their could not refill prescription because I was not specific when it came to tablet vs compound form when I clearly told the pharmacist that I always get it tablet form. To make matters worse, the tablets were already filled the day before so I left without the prescription even though it was ready for pick up. Do better.

They never have medications ready. Even when they say it will be. Everyone who helps at the window always has an attitude. They should and can do so much better!

End of life care is a sensitive and confusing topic. My mother-in-law needed hospice care and we were put in touch with Walgreens Pharmacy at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CH. Their staff was compassionate and kind. Matt worked with us and recommended a wonderful hospice company. Even though we did not need home care at this time, Walgreens Pharmacy at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CH was there helping us every step of the way. We are thankful for their help. They are truly an Angel at our time of difficulty. Thanks again!

It is clear how much Walgreens Pharmacy at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CH cares about their clients. They provide a top notch service and their staff couldn't be more helpful. Neil was happy to answer all of my questions and was willing to help at any time. I highly recommend meeting with them if you have a loved one in need.

Soooo grateful! If it were any other pharmacy... I would have definitely just been handed the medication and told to wait in line if I'd like to speak to a pharmacist.

I'm a customer at a different location and was treated with absolute contempt when I called in to ask for assistance in getting a prescription transferred because my location had been closed due to the protests. Put me on hold for over 20 minutes, first refused to tell me who the manufacturer was for the medication I needed (Certain manufacturers versions make me sick), saying it was policy even though 3 other Walgreens I'd contacted previously had no problem giving this information, then saying they could tell me the manufacturer but not whether they had it in stock?? Well what is the point of having my doctor call in a prescription if you can't even tell me whether or not you have it? Again information that was readily given to me by the previous 3 locations I called. More importantly, the pharmacist on duty was rude and dismissive, cutting me off multiple times and saying 'well we close at 5pm you can just come in tomorrow with a physical prescription from your doctor' - as if I could just drive over to her house on Friday night, knock on the door and have her write one. I'm already asking a favor to have my Doctor call it in on short notice - so I have to make sure the pharmacy has the medication I need before asking my doctor to call it in. All of which was explained before the pharmacist's remark, which was delivered with extreme sarcasm. Nice job treating a 6 year plus customer like a complete a--hole.
