hire more personnel because your customer service on the phones is horrible. i’m frustrated that it consistently takes closer to 40 minutes to get a call answered, for a service takes 2 seconds to complete.update: went in today (3/25) and there was one pharmacist. hire and schedule more people at the same time. is this like a consistent walgreens issue bc it’s happened at every walgreens pharmacy i’ve ever been at? 1 pharmacist handling 3 different areas of operation (drive-thru, phones, and in-person sales) is stressful on your employees and overall an incredibly predatory and unprofessional business practice.

There is no communication towards provider and patient. If I did not call, I would be stuck with 3 pills from my prescription, and the rest lost due to later shipment day. I just had my hand cut open, and I was suggested to wait the 3 days to have the full prescription. Their job is to notify my doctor of their shortage. That way my doctor can send my prescription to a pharmacy who does have full stock to fill my prescription.

Some of my good friends work at this location and I go often due to the convenience of living around the corner from it. While I have no complaints about their friendliness, I'm mainly rating some of the other employees' lack of care for products. I went in on a day when the employees I knew weren't working and I bought a tin box of Pokémon cards for my cousin's birthday. When she opened them later that day, we found out all the packs inside were resealed and had already been opened. Some boosters weren't even sealed, they were in the box open. Furious, I took my ass back to the store and kindly asked for my money back (which they didn't give) and I told them to make a report. Fast forward 6 months later, and I find that nothing has changed. They're fully stocked on the same tins that scammed me and they don't give a crap. If you come to this store, Make sure to check your things before purchasing them. Or open the things in front of them so that they can verify for sure. For those that go there to buy Pokémon cards regularly, don't get the Darkrai and Snorlax tins. They're all resealed. I'd even go as far to say every single card game in their display is resealed. I've purchased some here and there, and I've never gotten anything significant at all. Just bulk cards. Same with yugioh

The customer service in this store is awful! My sister went a few weeks ago and tried to return an item that it was not good and the store manager, by the name of Sandy, treated her so awful that she was in tears when came back home. No customer should feel the way this manager made her feel. I will not return to this store ever again. And I made sure to share this with my family and neighbors so they refrain to go to this store that only offers bad customer service.

Tried to purchase an item that said it was in stock at their store. The guy at the check out station was very clueless and informed that if they don't have anything in their aisle that's it. I asked if he can check on their system if he can check a different store that may have it. He said he can't and to check with the people at photo. I went to ask the 2 girls at photo and were even less clueless and said that if I should call other stores to see if they have any... their customer services was very horrible instead of trying to help me see what store carries it the two girls were very dismissive. Very disappointed with the staff. Don't believe the app and don't even bother asking the staff for help.

This place needs some help. I called in to try and get a product availability, but ended up being kept on hold for 55 minutes before hanging up on me. The worst part is I hear them pick up the phone only to put me on hold again every 5 or so minutes.

I've honestly only been to this location out of convenience to my housing location. This is exactly what I went for a few days ago. I signed myself and and my family to receive a vaccine and were turned down. My family is consistently exposed to different people given their occupations. My family was denied their third dose despite the sign up form indicating that eligibility was an option due to working environment putting them at high risk. I was appalled that even as a working educator, an ESSENTIAL WORKER, I was also denied that service. It's disappointing to see that even establishments located in the community with most needs are not providing the services needed to keep the community afloat. As someone who works in a classroom all day exposed to unvaccinated students, I needed this service and even with proof, I was still turned down. I'm sure the person at the counter was only doing their job, but to be told that even they didn't have the chance to get their third dose also was not an appropriate response to give to even provide this service when on the sign up form, that option was there.

Had an appointment for 12:30 to get tested. Get there at 12:15. 12:50, someone starts walking up to the cars saying they're going to lunch from 1-2. Pathetic excuse for a store. Was also on hold on their customer service line for about an hour

Came here to look over Walgreens to see if it was a good choice for me transfer medications closer to home. I have to feel a vibe. The store was stocked with many gift items as we are in the Christmas season. The pharmacy was great the ladies were helpful and patient. I did not feel rushed as I do at my other pharmacy. Protocols are enforced here
