I've had mixed experiences here...Security once tried to chase me down for a show I bought at Ralph's that they don't even carry!!! LosersThe pharmacy takes forever but they are thorough and take excellent care of everyone so please be patient. They will take good care of you as well. The sales are great but they rarely have any of it in stock... When they do though? It's on and cracking!!! ?

Visited this walgreens location on a Saturday (02/03) at midnight and the pharmacist who was in that day was very helpful and quick to give my boyfriend his prescriptions. We were in there for a total of 20 min perhaps, but there was also no other people waiting for their prescriptions at that time, since I know it was pretty late.Only downside was that parking lot was full, despite it having multiple spaces. I assume non Walgreens customers park there since it is close by other businesses too.

Pick up area sucks!!!! They see you standing there and they just keep walking. Try calling them they ignored you and when you get their attention they said someone will come and then they leave and the girl came back mad acting like she wasn’t finding my order I know she was just trying to wasted my time…. Bad pick up service what’s the point of placing the order online through the app if they make you wait.. mind as well go to the store and make line… instead of being standing in the pick up are till they want to attend you to bring your order!!!!! De finally never coming back to this store

Pharmacist Jacob is totally disrespectful and incompetent do not go here if you want to be racially profiled ! Racist and rude just because the color of my skin wants to verify if I really need my medication after years of taking it just had my script transferred because my regular one didn’t have the medication

Frustrating! The medicine prescribed by my physician was sent here and they kept telling me that not in any way they were able to received it. It was disappointing as I need to take my meds. They never answer the phone as well.

Calling to find out about my prescription and some very unprofessional worker deliberately not picking up the Customer call! Picking up and hanging up the line! Only reason I'm trying this Pharmacy is because my CVS was out of my Medication but transferring to Walgreens was a mistake! Get Professional workers.

Advertises as 24/7. Closes at random hours, for hours, claiming ‘deliveries’ as delivery truck sits in parking lot; security chills at the locked door; and employees bounce. (3 a.m. for reference in case you have any emergency)

It's probably the worst Walgreens I've ever visited, dirty parking lot, very disorganized inside, and it took forever to check out. I spent like half an hour for the cashier to come back from unknown absence.

Place sucks. The pharmacy technicians are wildly incompetent and will have you waiting for long periods of time for your prescription. It takes the skill of a monkey to fill prescription bottles and confirm name and address. Clearly this place hires people that have not evolved from single celled organisms.

If I could give negative star I would. I never leave negative reviews for businesses, but I've been trying to get my prescription delivered for three days because I cannot drive due to COVID, and I live alone in the state. Every time I'd call they'd hang up the phone, for two days. When I finally got in touch with someone it was passed delivery time. The first time I had to get the nurse to get a hold of someone and they said they would fill the prescription the next morning and deliver it. I called the next morning, and the girl on the phone doesn't even know how to spell names. I had to alphabetize everything for her. Once she finds my name she says it'll be ready tomorrow, mind you I already told her I have severe COVID and I've been trying to get medicine for three days. Once I ask for a manager she says it'll be ready in 90 mins and now she's transferring me to another number so they can deliver it. I don't understand how people get away with being so i humane in LA. You're in the health business, you should care about humans.

this is the worst place to need a prescription refill. they are untrained. i gave my information multiple times, clear as day enunciation and still no progress with my order. I tried to help the situation by personally calling my benefits (pharmacy) line to confirm the benefits walgreens was unable to even find.once i tried to call back, the walgreens pharmacy never answered the phone again. all i’m saying.. if you have severe depression and anxiety, this place will only make it worse. i get it, the location alone is a lot to deal with, but i’m a customer with a need can be simply met by answering the phone.after i obtain this refill, i will never come back to this location ever again. they are the worst. i wish i remembered the lady’s name. but i called on 09 december 2023 between 8:20am-9:19am. She was the first to answer the call. said she would call my benefits line (i gave her the number, my birth date, phone number, full name all of it, said she would even call me back). hopefully someone in corporate will read this and just re-educate on compassion, empathy? that’s no way to treat a customer. geez. and now they’re leaving my call on hold… but it’s okay, i’ll just arrive in person. cordial as ever of course.

This Walgreens is listed as 24 hours yet over the past 2 years a minimum of 50% of the times I've come by here at night it's closed with a sign saying it will re open at 5am or 6am. I walk so it's really frustrating needing to go to the store late at night and the ONLY 24 hour Walgreens anywhere near me being closed so frequently. Either stop advertising as 24 hours or stop closing for 6 hours a day. For people who work late nights having practically nowhere open when you need a store is frustrating enough as it is without constantly having to guess if the 24 hour store is actually going to be open. Because its closed right now when I needed it I'm gonna have to stay up later than I was planning to and spend more money at a different store closer to my house that doesn't open until 9am.
