Normally I am okay with being on hold but this pharmacy continued to pick up and put me on hold less then a second later multiple times than just hung up on me after 16 minutes this is not okay. If you can pick up the phone just to put me back on a hold then you clearly are not busy because you would not have picked up the phone to begin with.

im a student at one of the nearby schools and i was sorting the stuff in my backpack since i had my p.e shorts and i had three packs of gum i was GOING TO PAY FOR and i put the them in my pocket for a bit just to sort my things out quick and one of the employees immediately started accusing me of stealing and so i left the store.

Customer Service in the pharmacy is real bad if I could give them negative stars I would ….. My husband transferred over from another pharmacy and it was a huge mistake. They never answer their phones… and when they do answer they hang up on you. I don’t even know how this pharmacy still is open.

The biggest mistake I did was take my disposable camera to get developed here. DONT. I already knew the reputation CVS/Walgreens has in regard to this so that's on me but I decided to give it a shot anyway, they lost my photos and had me wasting my time calling them after I specifically told them to just be honest with me and admit there's no fix to it so I can just give up but they kept insisting they would make sure to get my photos and never did. I dropped them off late October and now it's January and still no update/no call after the manager Jose even guaranteed he would get my photos or give me a call back for an update. I accept the mistake I've made on my part in taking my photos there to begin with but to keep bringing my hopes up that they'll do everything they can to replace them even after me accepting what it was and wanting to take my L is what pisses me off. Now I finally called 1/14/2024 to get an update and it turns out they requested to get reprinted, received them, and threw them away lol so just don't waste your time here. Do research, find a reliable developer.

Horrible pharmacy went in after wisdom tooth extraction and she refused to give me my most important prescription because the paper the doctor gave me didn’t have the address written down but it was at the top. It felt like a sick joke knowing I could write down the address real quick. No compassion for people whatsoever, the doctor had signed it and it was approved but for wtv reason she couldn’t process it. I started crying immediately because I’m in so much pain. It sucks knowing the medicine you need is just behind the counter.

There is no communication towards provider and patient. If I did not call, I would be stuck with 3 pills from my prescription, and the rest lost due to later shipment day. I just had my hand cut open, and I was suggested to wait the 3 days to have the full prescription. Their job is to notify my doctor of their shortage. That way my doctor can send my prescription to a pharmacy who does have full stock to fill my prescription.

Some of my good friends work at this location and I go often due to the convenience of living around the corner from it. While I have no complaints about their friendliness, I'm mainly rating some of the other employees' lack of care for products. I went in on a day when the employees I knew weren't working and I bought a tin box of Pokémon cards for my cousin's birthday. When she opened them later that day, we found out all the packs inside were resealed and had already been opened. Some boosters weren't even sealed, they were in the box open. Furious, I took my ass back to the store and kindly asked for my money back (which they didn't give) and I told them to make a report. Fast forward 6 months later, and I find that nothing has changed. They're fully stocked on the same tins that scammed me and they don't give a crap. If you come to this store, Make sure to check your things before purchasing them. Or open the things in front of them so that they can verify for sure. For those that go there to buy Pokémon cards regularly, don't get the Darkrai and Snorlax tins. They're all resealed. I'd even go as far to say every single card game in their display is resealed. I've purchased some here and there, and I've never gotten anything significant at all. Just bulk cards. Same with yugioh

Been going to this walgreens for long time. I've seen many rude customers heckling workers or can't be patient for them to be next. Worker are not rude and they are willing to assist you at any ways. Got to remember that this location walgreens deal with ghetto people. Just be patient or get there early to avoid long lines. Overall the people at walgreens are good workers

This Walgreens store is terrible on COVID 19 TEST they took my money in minutes but sadly and costly they do not and can not guarantee Results. The only guarantee is that they WILL take your money. That is how this Corporation make money in our Community. So sad !

The customer service in this store is awful! My sister went a few weeks ago and tried to return an item that it was not good and the store manager, by the name of Sandy, treated her so awful that she was in tears when came back home. No customer should feel the way this manager made her feel. I will not return to this store ever again. And I made sure to share this with my family and neighbors so they refrain to go to this store that only offers bad customer service.

Decently stocked, but service is not good, I always have to wait what seems like 20min and flag someone to get shampoo from the case after pressing the help button 3 times... you can hear it throughout the store, I think they need more or better trained staff.
