Terrible customer service. I am a medical provider and I shop at this Walgreens because it is close to my office. They cashier, Alex, tried to pretend the weren't having a buy one get 50% off sale on Exam gloves when it was clearly marked. He even lied to me and tried to pretend it was not clearly marked right next to the price but there it was. He still refused to honor it. Walmart needs to have corporate come down and clean up the issues at this store. Ridiculous

This place is a huge scam. For passport photo, they would refuse to send you a digital copy that is processed. The digital copy you can get is not the processed version, which certainly wont meet government requirements. Then what’s the point of coming here for a photo if I just need a digital one? What’s more, the multiple staff here (the man who claimed to be the manager of the photo dept, as well as a female worker) are extremely extremely extremely rude.
My earlier review: Don't come here for printing. The employee at Photo&Tech was extremely rude and slow. Same-day order had not started on the second day. Then kept us waiting for a simple pick-up even when it was already done and sitting on the floor. Took more than 20 minutes for a simple pick up even there was no other customer in line.

The Walgreens at 11795 W Olympic Blvd LA Ca90064 is an excellent drug store. The pharmacy is efficient, professional and helpful. The waiting times are not excessive. ALL of the personnel are lovely and kind and caring from the Pharmacists to the assistants to the clerks. We have been going there for over 2 years now and it is my favorite.

This review is in regard to two of the front desk employees and one of the pharmacists at the PHARMACY — if you hate your job, you can still choose to be gentle and professional with your customers!
The level of rudeness is incredible.
Plus, calling the name of a patient out loud listing the medications (and the indications!) is a breach of PHIs. Did you know?
And guess what: once you tell them you are a physician, (almost)-everything changes.

Just your regular pharmacy/ grocery stop.. very convenient although you do pay a lil more for that convenience but prices are average.

Helpful employees and had what I needed, it was the fourth store I went to (after cvs, rite aid and ralphs were all out of it or didn’t carry it) and this Walgreens had it and the people were nice and helped me without even asking.

Walgreens has gone downhill. Horrible customer service. They never have quantity for their sale offer. Clerks ring it up full price, don't understand pricing, have to call manager. Older lady clerk extremely slow and disoriented. Waited over 15 min in line, she just leaves her register, so I left. They don't care if they lose your business.

I always come to this Walgreens for sinus and allergies products. It's always limited! They're always low in stock. It's convenient for in and out purchases. Other than that for a greater selection you have to go further .
