I was glad to find out that I could order in bulk with them over the phone, I just had to provide the sku of the product from the website I was on and the rest was history. The event I needed the lights for was a success! Quality products and good business, thumbs up.

Ordered a Jaye 26 in. 5-Light Matt Black and Antique Brass Chandelier on April 3rd (showed in stock). As of Monday, April 5th I received an e-mail saying it has "shipped". Today is Thursday April 8th and the Chandelier is still sitting in their LA warehouse with a tracking label generated but not picked up. I live less than an hour away and it would be quicker for me to drive up and pick it up myself. Poor customer service by Warehouse of Tiffany. I put a call into them and still waiting to hear back.

Horrible customer service. Dealt with Janet(one of the employees) and the owner, Ryan. Sell garbage made in China. Don’t stand behind their products. Lie and j*** you around. Would never purchase anything from them ever again. Beware...they sell stuff through Waifair. DO NOT BUY.

Bought a Warehouse of Tiffanys fan through Hayneedle. My ceiling fan stopped working, light and fan just stopped working. Contacted Hayneedle turns out only 30 day warranty when others offer 1 year. Tried contacting Warehouse of Tiffany's both by telephone and email and they were useless. Appears there just a holding spot of manufacturing products and never provided me the manufacture address or email so I could trouble shoot the problem. All I got was I think it comes from China. So now I'm out $238 in less than a year of owning the fan. I would never purchase a product by the Warehouse of Tiffanys again. Nor order a product through Hayneedle who's way to resolve this was to knock 15% another fan....Really!!!
