Worst customer service ever! They make you wait to open an account or talk to a banker all for them to tell you it’s by appointment only. Don’t make people waste their time and put up a sign or something that way I wouldn’t have waited that long just to be told that. There were 4 people in front of me which I waited for until they finally took me into consideration. Never coming here again. I wanted to come in person for a better understanding about the credit card but I’ll just do it online. ??????

Don't even think about coming here ever! Only 2 tellers always and it's one of the busiest banks out there. You'll wait close to 45 mins before getting any help. They refuse to hire more tellers, awful awful branch, stay away!!

A prime location with only 2 tellers available! This is ridiculous. More than 20 ppl waiting to get serviced. This bank needs to either hire more or ppl or schedule more time ppl to help. Ladies behind the counter laughing and giggling. The Store Manager here should be ashamed of the poor service the community is receiving through this location.

SARA RAMERIEZ IS SUCH A B*TCH all i did was ask for help and she treated me like i was stupid, like okay ms. piggy calm down, i was asking for the banks opinnion and just wanting to know more about which bank account would be best to open and she replys with reading will help like i am aware i can read them but i was asking from an "expert" advise and she begins to procede and treating me like if im lower class than her

They only cater to Latinos here… I came here for a name change update on my account after having to cancel an appointment due to not having received my new drivers license yet & the lady lied to me & told me I can just walk in & when I do walk in with everything I need another lady lies to me again talking about only by appointment & she don’t have any bankers right now when there were literally 2 bankers, one with a customer & the other literally just standing around at his desk not to mention the bank didn’t even have many customers I was the only person waiting for a banker & only 2 people standing in line… I should have went with Bank of America or Chase, I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo ASAP! I can take my business else where where all the customers are treated EQUALLY.
