I'm not a Wells member, but my mortgage company uses this bank for payments. Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. The wait time is absurd. With only one teller at the window and a very long line you can expect to be here for a good hour if you need to see a teller. And instead of the manager logging on to a computer to assist the ONE teller available- she stands behind the glass just staring... the logic behind it will never make sense to me.

They pretty much don't take walk ins. Been getting complete runaround with no help all due to certain policies. Simple add and subtract people on account. They smile ask if you have logged in online , "for what " only to be told hours later that people with appointments will be seen 1st . The bankers handle each appointment in a fashion to where there is no time for walk in customers . But they will let you sit there hours on end . Guess what .....anyone who can help ( all 2 of them ) Spoke with the on-site manager and told her about the situation and our frustration to the point we are ready to take our business elsewhere. She was more than happy to help with that as if WellsFargo was doing us a favor. We wanted to deposit a large sum into our account. I think we will start banking elsewhere. Been sitting in lobby since 10:30 AM Writing this rant at 12:43 PM Finally got an appointment for next week They don't take walk ins St. Anthony Grand Lodge A.M. & F. M

Went in this morning to speak with a banker. I was told to use the QR code on the wall for the waiting list, no problem. I was number 2 in line. The banker came up to #1 and I and said she was taking her 15 minute break and would be back to help us. Also, fine. Another customer enters the waitlist after me. A male employee was briefed by his co-worker who came back from her 15 minute break about the order in which customers should be helped. She took #1 leaving me and customer behind me #3. The male employee took the customer after me, seated them at a table, and started helping them. He looked over and saw my frustration, came over with his ipad to ask me what I needed done. I explained to him I already checked in and explained what I needed done twice, but I told him again. He said why are you getting mad we all have to ask these same questions. He spoke to me with a very nasty attitude before walking away. I ended up leaving instead of making a scene. So instead of saying ma'am I'm going to help these Spanish speaking customers first but will be with you in a moment, he ended up being rude and not helping me at all. Branch is thee worst! I won't be back!

Beyond horrible customer service the manager was disgusting lines were out the door had the audacity to tell me to go to another bank all the tellers knew nothing you can tell they were new .. when I approached the manager she had a disgusting attitude and didn't care how the branch was running I asked her for a card and she claimed she didn't have any .. she should be fired not sure how she became a manager

This Wells Fargo on Crenshaw has got to be the worse bank in the neighborhood. The customer service..as in bank tellers are the worse. No customer service at all. Avoid this bank like the plague. Several times I've done business at this establishment. Not anymore! Rude...blah..not worth my time..nor Money!

I went to get some quarters, and one package was missing 1 quarter, I hope this wasn't something common. I never thought a bank can do this Kind of mistake. Check your money before you leave the bank.

The customer service is terrible, especially this lady "Mona" she's soo rude acting like if she owns the bank, she had bad attitude all the time helping me cashing out my check.

This is the worse bank in the city of Los Angeles. The customer service is terrible I don't know who was in charge today but she needs to be retrained on customer service attitude and behavior. A smile doesn't fix anything and no communication when people have been in line for over an hour is crazy. Then to finally communicate and say you let the one out of two employees go on a break when your line is around the corner is beyond me. ( ACCOMMODATE THE STAFF WITH PAID BREAK AND ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS) They just need to go ahead and close this branch down RESPECTFULLy. Between the homeless, in that area causing havoc and this business ALWAYs with the lines out the door, I highly suggest choosing a different branch.

Very bad service at this location I was told I could use the atm machine inside to pull out money and when I arrive the employee stated that the machines is currently out of money so I have to make line when there atm machines should be available when business is operating very disappointed I ask for manager and I got no assistance what so ever very bad for business owners like myself

Had a appointment at 130 pm I got here at 1 pm . No problem waiting BUT it's cold outside so I come inside to wait .. They have one window open for a teller and the business line open ; So a older man comes in from outside waiting and says " can you guys hurry up it's cold out here " and walks back outside . In no time this white man whispers maybe you should get a jacket . No this didn't sit right with me because he was clearly trying to be funny so I let him know it is kinda ridiculous that you all only have one teller open and it was a disrespectful comment . He tells me they short staffed and I can apply to be a teller here . Totally ignored the fact that he was disrespectful to the older black gentleman .

These bankers give you an appointment time and they NEVER I mean NEVER EVER on time I've been sitting here 45min past my appointment time and nobody has come over to say shit to me. They lacking in communication department which make this a horrible ass branch to go to, listen if got time to waste go to this branch if not please don't go here it's worst than sitting in a ER or urgent care at Hubert Humphrey
