Wells Fargo Fraud Prevention centers are not willing to hear people out if you talk and call to speak to different Agents and people do bad things to accounts they don't hear Customers out and want to freeze right away and remove accounts with out hearing people out first. So if Wells Fargo bank is easy for people to get information and do bad things to have people's account closed. They are not a good bank to even have an account with at all.

Worst customer serviceI waited at handicap window for 20 minutes. I was never acknowledged. I ended up having to gei in regular line. Very rude and disrespectful. I told the teller and she just ignored my concern

Worst customer service ever! Waited in line for 15 min to see a teller to do a wire transfer. Found out that only bankers can help. I was asked to wait for a banker (only one available). Waited for another 30 mins, and the banker told me she couldn't help me because she has another appointment at 10:30. It was 10:10 when I asked for help. She asked me to wait until her 10:30 Customer to finish, and she will help me after that. I asked if there are any other ways to do a wire transfer. She said NO.Called Grand branch, and a banker told me I can do a wire transfer via Wells Fargo app!!!!!I asked three different people in this branch, and no one told me this. Management needs to train tellers and bankers better. I am extremely disappointed, and after reading other reviews, I totally agreed with others.Zero star !After 17 years with Wells Fargo,I was so ready to close the account today.

Does not accept cash deposits on 3rd party accounts, because they made too many mistakes in the past--per teller supervisor. The cash was from their very own ATM--the one attached to their building. Charges ATM fees and doesn't accept deposit. Super bad processes.

There is always a line to the door and possibly out the door. Only two tellers working and when you ask them why they say they can't find anyone to work. Wells Fargo is a very wealthy organization, they can afford to pay people enough to have more tellers working. What happened to their commitment to customer service? Wells Fargo is a rip off, and they know it. "Due to the pandemic" (it's 2023 folks) they are now closed at 4pm which means you have to take time off of work to go stand in line for an hour waiting for service. Get your act together Wells Fargo! Hire more tellers.

Zero stars for customer service. This is the worst location from Wells Fargo. It was a hustle to set up an appointment for this branch on a Saturday since it’s the only day I have available. Then they sent me an email the day before canceling my appointment just because the banker who was going to help wasn’t be able to make. That’s ridiculous. For such a big corporation, they should have more people to cover. Well, my wife went to the branch and spoke to someone. They gave her another appointment at a different branch just to cancel it the day before again. I had to set up another appointment for the third time and when I got to the branch different eThis is very unprofessional. We have responsibilities and we have to set the day and time to attend to this appointments and they just don’t respect their own schedules. Things really need to change in this branch.

They're always understaffed and slow. I'd avoid this branch if at all possible. Lazy managers just sit back with one teller and a long line. You'll need to wait 30+ min unless using the atm. Avoid!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst WF I’ve ever been to. I was there about a month ago looking for a branch with a banker to help me with a wire transfer. This was the third branch I went to and all three’s bankers were out with Covid. First of all the line was ridiculously long and there was only one teller. There were two other guys behind the window but you couldn’t really tell what they were because they were dressed so casually but it wasn’t a Saturday. Neither of them made any eye contact to acknowledge the line of people waiting. No apology, no nothing. I finally make it to the teller and he says I should have made an appointment. I said I was giving it a shot because customer service on the phone told me to go and take a chance. IMMEDIATELY one of the guys in the back jumps in and starts getting defensive and says it was impossible for customer service to say such a thing. Then he starts snapping his fingers and waving his hands at me so I ask to see a manager which turns out is him! I have never seen such a disgusting display of unprofessionalism as I have with this guy. He was talking over me and waving his hands all around as if we were in a fish market rather than at a bank. By the way his name is Anthony Kookhof. He’ll be the manager who comes in raggedy jeans and a tshirt without the slightest knowledge of customer service And don’t say anything to upset him or he’ll be snapping his fingers in your face.
