Worst bank services ever ! They don’t help and are rude. Avoid this bank as much as possible laziest workers ever . Never seen someone not care about their job as much as the people here . Corporate should audit this place for time fraud because getting paid and not working/ helping customers is not right

They have this ridiculous sign in with phone code. That takes forever for employees to attend the costumers. Came yesterday waited 30 minutes then a guy came out to say they are not attending anymore because was 30 minutes to close. They are just lazy. Today I been waiting for 20 minutes. And still waiting. Management need to do something or shall we call corporate to make them do their job?

I haven't been to this branch in over 10 years because I moved. I recently was nearby and had to handle a frustrating issue with a damaged paycheck. The teller, Virginia, had amazing customer service and saved my day. Kudos to her and this branch!

if i can give 0 stars, i would. this bank is the WORST. only 2 tellers at all times. line was so long, it went out the door. i waited 30 minutes and the line did not move. tellers were just chitchatting with no sense of urgency.

Please Wells Fargo don't tell me this is the best you can do 1 teller in a rush hour situation. Hopefully management sees this and knows it absolutely unacceptable . Felt like I was in Ace cash express .

Monday afternoon 1:00 been in line for 37 minutes and I still have 17 people ahead of me.There is only two cashier's open everyone seems annoyed.while you hear laughs and chatting in the back room. Definitely disappointed, Indiana and Whittier has always been a busy branch I don't know why nothing has changed.I asked an associate if perhaps the problem was the lunch schedule she sarcastically answer "that's all Wells Fargo give us"

Same concerns as all the other one star reviews. Poorly staffed on busy days like the first of the month. Ten teller windows with only two open. The staff is friendly but just not enough. The branch is poorly managed. It seems as if they just don’t care about the community. They don’t respect people’s time here. It’s not like that in other branches I patronize. East Whittier, Rowland Heights, Encino and La Habra all have the same traffic on the first of the month but they have more than two windows open and the line seems to move very fast. This branch in this community is the only one that does not seem to get fixed. Why?

No staff available willing to help at all. They are either on their phones or eating. Full line of customers to the outside of the doors, and only one customer service representative attending customers. More than 40 minutes to get service.

Racist staff members, racist customers, horrible management don’t work here.I was the security here the managers never helped me close down the bank on time at 5pm nor on Saturday’s at 12pm. In recent weeks they lied to my higher ups and said that I was yelling at the customers and forcing customers to not wear a mask when I did not.It was a very stressful working environment especially with gang presence in the area

I have been in line for almost 1 hour, from 3:39pm till 4:32 pm and I have yet to see the teller. I am almost there. There are only 3 tellers available for all the people in line.

Don't go to this branch. Only one cashier an the service is bad. This Wells Fargo it's the worst! The lines are super long and ONLY 1 window open! I asked the manager and she said that's how it is now.
