We just closed escrow on our home over a month ago. Our mortgage Bank, Mark Finberg was absolutely incredible! There is no doubt that we would have lost the opportunity to purchase our dream home without his prompt response and hard work. He went beyond the call of duty to cooperate with the Seller's agent and get us pre-approved on the weekend. It was truly a blessing having him on our side throughout the entire process. We simply cant thank him enough. I will definitely recommend him to anyone for mortgage needs

I have been to this bank location twice as this is the new bank I use now for everything. I have had an amazing experience with Vanda and Jason. I have to pay my rent in a peculiar way and they were very patient and helped me out through the process of it all! I know Wells Fargo has a bad reputation at this time (which isn't cool) but I am grateful for the tellers remaining professional and tactful at this time.

I have been in here for about a hour trying to send a wire transfer to Hong Kong. I'm not sure if the woman helping me Roxanne, is new but she seems completely incompetent. Couldn't answer my questions and made a comment about the exchange saying they're still receiving more than I'm sending. If you've delt in foreign exchange for example to receive a euro you have to send $1.14. She basically said I'm getting more money than I was sent. If someone asks for a certain amount in USD they know the exchange rate and need to receive the equivalent of that amount in their currency. Especially when doing business. If I have to come back here to send more money because she didn't send the right amount and cover the fees I'm going to be livid. This bank is in Brentwood. They deal with a lot of Corporate Business people. They should have better trained staff or she should have handed me to someone else to be helped.

It feels weird to write a review of a bank, but I had such a good experience at this branch I wanted to share it. Chandra and Carmi were the two rep's who helped me, and they were amazing! I went in to close a couple accounts for my dad, who recently passed away, and open an account for his estate. As anticipated, it was a long, difficult process, but Chandra never got impatient or frustrated and Carmi made sure I was comfortable and in good hands. The process ended up taking 2+ hours, but it wasn't their fault - part of that was spent walking me through a necessary step I was unaware of and part was spent with Chandra on hold with the legal dept and being transfered all over the place. That was frustrating for me to see a Wells Fargo personal banker get the runaround on phone support. I don't bank at Wells Fargo, but this experience might lead me to consider it.

I've been here several times as it's walking distance from work. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted immediately and I honestly don't think I've ever had to wait. If so, maybe a minute tops. The people are very friendly and I'm in and out quickly. It can't really get better than this.
