I am wondering who is the manager in this branch! She/he is doing a terrible job. Every time I go there I have to wait in line and there is only one cashier to help people! It looks like everyone is on their break and nobody is willing to help the costumers.

Got robbed at this atm and the bank is not holding responsible for this. 0% liability and they said they can't do anything even with CCTV security camera proof. Oh and by the way, answer your phone, the line is always dead.

Had great experience with LOVEJOY SANTOS a personal banker from this branch. She is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about her work, extremely happy and impressed!

Fernanda has terrible customer service. I brought in a large deposit and notice the amount on my receipt was higher than what I had calculated. When I asked her to double-check the deposit amount she said, well we are the bank and it was right; implying they did not make any errors. Upon returning to my office I reviewed my check copies to the receipt and sure enough, she entered a $4,000 check as a $9,000. Thank you for the extra work created for myself and our accounting department to get this corrected and your bad attitude... I was right, not you!

Wells Fargo discriminates against minorities and issues credit cards to identity thieves.

I'm a black man and the manager is of the LGBTQ community (allegedly) so I'm saying that because he discriminated against me because of the color of my skin. His name is Daniel V. J for short. I went In there to cash my payroll check for $4800 which is two weeks pay. He, Daniel V came over and told Dasy (incorrect spelling) who was very nice and professional to verify my check. This has never happened to me before and I've been working for the same company and cashing the same checks at Wells Fargo for over 5 yrs. she, Dasy called some number to check to see if NIGGAS should be cashing checks of this minor but substantial amount of money. When she, Dasy came back after making me wait for nearly 20 minutes to cash my check and says "ok how do you want your money",still being nice and professional, I declined!. I wanted My uncashed checks back. My property! Daniel V. Came over being very rude and using his racist dog whistle against me still. I was Very cordial I didnt Not raise my voice all I wanted was my checks back. He was angry because the checks were varied as being legitimate and not stolen of forged by a NIGGA! I asked for his name and the tellers name. He was very rude unprofessional and a GAY (alleged) racist. I think In the climate we are in today, people need to drop all of the racial stereotypes and racism and live as countrymen. Im a veteran and a Nurse at a nearby hospital. Just imagine how I can affect the flow of customers if this was to get out. Whoever is the Big boss over there needs to talk to Daniel V. and tell him,he is a GAY (allegedly) Hispanic which falls under two minority categories. I worked Hard went to school and fought for this country to be discriminated against by another person who represents two minority groups. Not only was this experience embarrassing because people were staring at me like I stole something, but it was saddening and painful to go thru. All I want Is for people to live in peace and harmony. No discrimination no hate and no racism. Daniel is probably a good guy just misguided and racist. IT's 2022 people let's knock this stuff off!!

The most disaster Wells Fargo in the history of America. This place has 1-2 tellers for a line of 20 people. I waited over 15-20 minutes in line. This is the heart of West Los Angeles a busy pocket in the city and they are understaffed and extremely slowwwww.Branch managers have broken English and worst of all the security guard is sleeping in the branch as of this is a homeless shelter. What a shame employees are sleeping in broad daylight in a busy bank where business owners are limited on time and stressed out enough..

This banking location has the poorest customer service. Bank management continues to do nothing to meet the needs of their customers. A nice greeting would be nice upon entrance. Adding additional merchants/ tellers to assist the 11 customers in line (currently there are 2) and ending your visit with "have a nice day" would be a greater service and being valued customer. I guess thats too much to ask for. Of note, the desk tellers could better assist and become a team player. Oh wells fargo. Get your together.

Has the worst experience at this branch. I was in here about a month ago depositing checks payable to my wife and I. Don't have joint accounts so we both came in, signed and it was deposited in my account. The teller at the window said next time my wife didn't have to come in if she signed and I brought in the ID. She understood it's tough to bring two kids into a bank. Today I attempted to do what I was told ... brought in the checks signed by both parties and the ID of my wife while she was in the car with my kids as one of them has a melt down... she's only 10 months so it goes with the territory.. This time the teller didn't even let me explain and said she would not accommodate. I told her to contact her regional service manager for approval and she refused. Instead she reached out to her branch manager who decided he was too busy or on lunch to deal with me. After all that I had my wife come in with two crying kids just so this teller that doesnt know how to give good service can see her face and ok the deposit. I have personally worked in banking for 20 years and know that this was an accommodation that should have been made easily. The manager was too lazy to approve the transaction and the teller couldn't give good service of her life depended on it. The lazy manager is Senait Sebhatu and needs to get a taking to from his DM and RP.

Worst bank branch I’ve ever visited. Terrible service. Slow. Inattentive. Terrible customer service. Try the branch in Westwood.
