I LOVE this place! It is huge, has a LOT of VERY GOOD QUALITY furniture. We were so blessed to have gotten advertisement in the mail from them. Apparently, they have been in business for over 70 years! Saul helped us out and he was very friendly without hovering over us. We were sold when I saw the couch I wanted and saw that it was even better in person. Saul was so kind and knowledgeable. He showed us all the choices but we knew which one we wanted from the beginning. Their furniture isn't overpriced. I believe the quality is better than IKEA. And the delivery was painless and not overpriced either. It was about $100 to drop off our couch and the guys who delivered it were very nice and professional. Thank you, Wenger Furniture for your business and for your wonderful customer service!

Dont buy a AC from them thier retun policy wasnt plesnt I had it only for a week and broke on me and I wasnt treated professionaly after being a customer for over 15 years. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience etc . I was very disappointed today in my exchange service will not make any more purchase after this one.

I was helped by Saul and Jorge multiple times that I visited . They both had lots of patients and gave great input in helping me pick out furniture and appliances that would be just what i wanted !They also gave me the best deals compared to other furniture stores and had lots of options to choose from . Communication is also great when it comes to delivery. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

If I could give negative amount of stars I would. I purchased tow twin beds and was assured that they were both black come to find out one was black the other was cherry wood. If I wanted another black one I'd have to wait a few weeks. I go back like an idiot to buy a dresser that matches my bed they gave me the wrong one. Called them to explain they wanted me to take the dresser back or pay $70 for pick up (mind you I live less than a mile away). They agree to deliver correct dresser and pick up wrong dresser. The dresser that was delivered had a chip on one of the dressers I called to let them know and Jose "sales rep" has ZERO customer skills what so ever. He told me I would get the difference returned to my debit card it's been 2 weeks and still no credit. Upon speaking to him about the situation frustrated at this point I said the company has no customer service skills and he replied with "I know" I've learned my lesson and will no longer refer this store or spend my money there.

Having a hard time with loosing my job and falling behind on payments I understand the necessity to pay what it’s owed. But finally getting a job and getting my first check until end of month from my new job January 31st, I called to see if I can make two payments on the last payments that I owe and the lady I spoke to Maria helped me program 2 payments one for end of month and the second on February 15 I thought okay great I’ll be okay. But finding out that everything was charged today leaving my bank overdraft it’s just awful. I just find it frustrating that I don’t have that money and now I have to pay overdraft fee on top of what was taken out. Thank you for the “HELP”.
