NO WESTERN UNION AT THIS WALGREENS. In the past 2 months I have their western union has been down. Today I asked an employee and she said she doesn't even know if it is operational. When it was working they would shut it down an hour before the posted closing time and for anything over $200 they would not cash you out. Don't even waste your time here, the check Cashing place pn 6th and Broadway is only a couple blocks away. And has never has made western union hassle free for me.

I ordered my first sane day delivery and learned after it was placed that the main item I needed was no longer available. I was amazed to find Blanca by phone at the store and she helped me get the order updated and it was delivered early! Great customer service!

Great place to come in and get your prescriptions or flu shots. Any thing you may need from vitamins to medicines.

This place is the EPITOME of yuck ! Go TO CVS I'm urging you. When you first walk in the store looks picked over and smells of urine. The pharmacy line only had 3 people in it and it took the cashier James about 40 minutes to properly help us three in total he has no clue on what's going on. When I got to the register to pickup my prescription I asked for the price and showed a coupon code he replied he couldn't offer it bc the numbers wouldn't upload in the system, I showed him a clause on the GoodRX website where it shows they have an alliance with Walgreens and assured him that I could get the prescription for a lower price and he argued me he couldn't. Since I've been a customer of Walgreens for years I'm very familiar with their price matching system, I once again assured him he could get me a lower price, no response. I asked would it be easier to trAnsfer the prescription to a different pharmacy he slid me a card with the shift managers number who by the way was not on shift today and said they can call the number to get it transferred. I asked was that specific shift manager was there he replied no. At this point I'm confused and his customer service was absolutely the WORSE. James and I bantered again back and forth over the price and finally he claims he was able to get the cost down to a lower price. He wasted so much time, with now a packed line of people and only himself to check customers out not to mention he made a fool of himself by denying me the lower price for the prescription when he could have applied the discount when first asked, the banter lasted for about 20 minutes bc I was certain about price adjustments, this type of horrible customer service will have my patronizing CVS from now on. The back counter of the pharmacy was off putting prescriptions all over the place and no real order to anything behind the counter. This Walgreens is a filthy, gross mess and James is a horrible representation of what their employees stand for.

I WITHDRAW REVIEW I WROTE ON 9/18.. EVELYN was dishonest, neglectful. i didn't know until 9/19 Medical RX pharmacy director called me to confirm whether i picked up all 3month right away. I thought it was her idea to refresh the system because she didn't mention the fact that Medical RX approved on 9/11. I thanked her so many times.. She delayed 1 week without informing the Approval. She only gave 1 month saying"cost-high" , which i didn't understand what she meant. Cost is something she didn't have to worry. Horrible.. at this point i don't want to give 1star. I already filed an official complaint against her on CA State Department of Pharmacy/Walgreen Corporation. Horrible lady!! pls delete 9/18 review.

I had very bad experience with this store while i was parking my car beside the store on 7/6/2022 11:40 AM the guy who was loading or unloading items that he works for This store(Driving a white Ford Transit) was so aggressive defensive he was waiting for me to say one word to attack me like a crazy, i ignored him at all called the store manager to report him but the store manager ignored everything, hope that you guys hire a stable people...

Worst customer service. Went in today and was grabbing some cleaning products and saw they had last minute Halloween decor. Decided to grab some bc there was a buy one, get one 50% off sign for Halloween stuff. Grabbed 4 items all around $30 each except one being $40. The girl that checked me out, Kelly, refused to honor the sign of 50% off. So I asked if she was able to at least discount the $40 item since it was partially broken and the last one. After I asked she became very rude. (I've never known of somewhere not willing to discount a last item especially if it's broken? But that was still fine). Before leaving I asked for my receipt & ticket for a disposable camera I dropped off too and was told "we'll email it". I asked again bc I do not want to risk not getting my photos back and she refused to print one?? So I asked to speak to someone else when she then told me she was the manager. I hope this location reconsiders the people they hire. Customer service is a must with any job and Kelly is lacking in that area entirely. If you hate your job, do not work there.

Very bad customer service. I was there on Sunday Jun 27 about 8 pm, looking for some vitamins that they have locked behind glass. I pushed the button for assistance, despite the call by speaker 4 times nobody went to help me. I left without my vitamins.

This pharmacy team is welcoming and professional. I just don't appreciate this particular wallgreens always closing during these times when we need them the most. Living downtown can be stressful at times being in the epi center of all of the protest etc. It would be nice to have a pharmacy that we can count on that is here for us when we need meds and essential. I feel let down.

Unfortunately the camera for the passport pictures was out, however Maribel was very helpful and courteous. Maribel was very professional and helpful in giving me alternatives. I loved her compassion. All around great location.

I can not recommend this pharmacy. The time between refill submission to pickup notification is about 6 days. As a result, I'm missing my prescriptions for about 6 days between fills because of their delays and "too soon to refill" b******** Ralph's is cheaper with no prescription and the service there is phenomenally better. Walgreens can f*** itself.
