I would like to acknowledge your employee Jinggay, she works in your Glendale Walgreens. I have been shopping there for 17 years and she has always been so friendly, helpful and professional. She makes me feel welcome. This is my favorite Walgreens because I always look forward to seeing Jinggay. 10 Stars

Frustrating! The medicine prescribed by my physician was sent here and they kept telling me that not in any way they were able to received it. It was disappointing as I need to take my meds. They never answer the phone as well.

It's probably the worst Walgreens I've ever visited, dirty parking lot, very disorganized inside, and it took forever to check out. I spent like half an hour for the cashier to come back from unknown absence.

If I could give negative star I would. I never leave negative reviews for businesses, but I've been trying to get my prescription delivered for three days because I cannot drive due to COVID, and I live alone in the state. Every time I'd call they'd hang up the phone, for two days. When I finally got in touch with someone it was passed delivery time. The first time I had to get the nurse to get a hold of someone and they said they would fill the prescription the next morning and deliver it. I called the next morning, and the girl on the phone doesn't even know how to spell names. I had to alphabetize everything for her. Once she finds my name she says it'll be ready tomorrow, mind you I already told her I have severe COVID and I've been trying to get medicine for three days. Once I ask for a manager she says it'll be ready in 90 mins and now she's transferring me to another number so they can deliver it. I don't understand how people get away with being so i humane in LA. You're in the health business, you should care about humans.

Absolutely the most inefficient and disorganized pharmacy department I've ever experienced. If you have no other choices, think again before sending prescriptions here. Long waits, incompetent staff and a general attitude of "you want me to do what?" Customer service is nonexistent here. In addition I've seen the security guards in action more than a few times. If it wasn't the closest pharmacy to my office, I'd never set foot inside this miserable excuse for a business.

This pharmacy gave me anxiety after coming here. The Pharmacy team here gave me the incorrect prescription and did not want to take blame for their mistake. I had to call Walgreens Customer Service Department to place a formal complaint because the Pharmacy Manager did not want to assist with receiving the complaint, nor give me his name when asking for it. I am currently injured and on Disability due to work injury and this pharmacy team needs to be held accountable. Please double check their work when dropping off or picking up and report when this happens immediately! The Pharmacy team needs to be retrained and Pharmacy Manager needs to be held accountable for their mistake. I am scared their mistake will affect my health long term.

Usually don't post reviews, but I was especially shocked at my experience here. I came by a few months back looking for a specific medicine. I was unsure if it was by prescription only, and decided it wouldn't hurt to ask. I walked up to the pharmacy counter and held up my phone with the name of the medicine, asking if the pharmacy carried it, and if I needed a prescription for it. The man who attended me had a rude demeanor from the start, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. At no point was I pushy or difficult. However, he continued to be demeaning, and I left the store feeling humiliated. Considering the fact that these pharmacists deal with SICK PEOPLE, I do not understand why an employee would insist on being even more cruel, rude, or impatient. Those in the medical field need even more patience than any other field. I entered the store very vulnerable as I was new to my medical issue, and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I did not need this treatment from such a short, pointless interaction. Sincerely hope the employees get what's coming to them, after reading several other reviews. Also, lines are always so long. And I've never had an extreme encounter with security, but they are definitely suspicious of any living being that walks through those doors. Lay off, seriously. Tldr: rude pharmacist

The only positive thing about this Walgreens is they're open 24 hours. They have some of the least helpful employees and while I don't blame them because some customers can be really rude, at most places if you're told 'No' it is usually followed up by another option or alternatives or just ANY helpful additional info. Every time I've come to use their Fed Ex services it's always a disappointment. Try CVS for your 24 hour needs, I know I will now.

I came here at 2a.m with my girlfriend and we were there for a minute looking around and there was this African American lady working there we had put our stuff in a shelf because we didn't have a basket to put our stuff ,while we were looking around and she comes with security telling us where we had put our stuff and we showed her she thought we were stealing stuff and the security kept looking at us the whole time the lady was on us ever since we entered the store it was so uncomfortable there was another homeless guy in the store and they were not on him only on us. When I was looking around the lady kept asking me if I was gonna buy that like if I can't look around the store.made me and my girlfriend really disappointed

I have been a loyal customer of this particular Walgreens pharmacy for the past 10 years, and I've had the privilege of sharing my positive experiences with family members, encouraging them to use the store. The staff at this location consistently demonstrate extensive knowledge in their roles and provide some of the best customer service I've encountered in years. However, a recent experience with an employee has tarnished my perception of the store's reputation. I called the pharmacy to follow up on my wife's medication, and a staff member named David (whose demeanor was unfamiliar to me), picked up the phone. When I provided my wife's full name, he couldn't find her information. I suggested looking it up by phone number, and he claimed he already had it, even though I hadn't provided it. When I pointed this out, he became irritated and dismissively said, 'whatever man, just give me the phone number.' I expressed dissatisfaction with his tone but needed to collect my wife's medication then david put me on hold and never returned, forcing me to re-explain my situation to another representative. It was clear that David had no intention of assisting me. I've never experienced this type of customer service before, especially not in the medical industry, where staff usually recognize that their clients are patients needing assistance. It's a shame that I feel compelled to leave this negative review, as this store is generally staffed with excellent employees. Just one individual, David, has affected the reputation of an otherwise great store. I believe David should be more self-aware and considerate in his interactions and communication to his patients and I encourage him to learn from the rest of his team, who uphold such high standards.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced, they are all sooooo rude. It doesn't make sense why people have to be mean like this, they must live sad lives But if I were in the medical field, dealing with people who are sick and need my help, I'd be a lot nicer. Fuck all of you who work here. Truly.

I would give it less than one star if I could, The place is dirty as heck, constantly out of basic things like Red Bulls, and never have any bags they run out almost daily. You would think that management would be smart enough to realize if you run out of something all the time to order extra the next time. How can you call it a convenient store if it's as inconvenient as it can be.

The security guards were a holes with me. So I I take care of a special person with needs and they confused him with someone that stole before. They told me not to come back anymore. When picking up his prescription if they had an issue before hand why didn't they stopped me when I dropped of his meds prescription. And we. Were together
