This was a wonderful whole foods. I wanted to get flowers for an occasion and an employee helped me put it in a nice paper covering with a straw bow. It was a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you

So I visited the Deli Meats section today, the female employee named "Shay" had always given me terrible attitude which i've ignored until today when she confronted me in an intimidating way asking me "Are you okayyy?!?!?". She wanted a reaction out of me. I was only patiently waiting for my turn to place an order, I was shocked to hear that when I hadn't even said anything to her. An Employee shouldn't be confronting customers like that. I talked to "Beverly" the manager/team leader, I told her she confronted me but "Shay" appearing visibly nervous still denied the whole thing. Another gentlemen working there with her in the deli heard her say that as well.Im at home now writing this review, talked to a lawyer today, i'll be buying a Body Camera to gather more evidence of my mistreatment by these employees at this location.Young and inexperienced management isn't able to control the situation at this location, it's been 10 years of harassment now. Please reach out to me if you have experienced similar mistreatment/harassment at this location, Report it to the Manager so that's documented by CCTV Camera's. Next, message me along with a summary, your Initials or signature or Anonymously if your prefer, Date/Time's and Cell Phone #. I'll be including these e-mails/letters into the video footage, Which I will handover to Whole Foods Corp, HR Dept. Glendale, CA.

This Whole Foods store boasts a fantastic, bustling location, which is great for the community. My family and I are frequent Whole Foods shoppers, and our recent visit to this particular store met the high standards and quality we expect from the brand. While this location is slightly smaller than others I've visited, it doesn't compromise the overall experience. We had a good experience here, and I appreciate the consistency in maintaining the quality that Whole Foods is known for. Thank you to the team, and please keep up the excellent work.

The worst of all Whole Foods branches in LA. Workers are slow and oblivious. There’s long lines of people waiting at usually 2 cashiers…. The rest of them are always closed. Self payment machines are usually too crowded. Lots of employees doing nothingIf you want to waste your time, you can go thereAwful experience when you are busy during week days

I come here from Santa Monica. This Whole Foods gets busy, but the employees are all great and working quickly to ensure you the best shopping experience. I found everything I needed and more. The aisles are wide enough, and the sec check out moves rapidly. I noticed that this location of Whole Foods has a large food court where you can buy and eat all kinds of food and beverages.Easy free parking outside.*Note that if you come from Santa Monica and your GPS or Google Maps tries to have you take a left turn from Barrington onto National Blvd, do not take that left turn! You will not be able to enter the parking lot that way.The only way to enter the parking lot is through Barrington, so continue straight ahead on Barrington and then make a U-turn whenever you get the chance to enter the parking lot.

Whole Foods has gone down hill so much. The flowers I bought yesterday - Peonies - are already wilting and dying. They have so little organic produce. I have gone there so few times in the past few years, and regret each time I do. Shame on Amazon for taking away the quality that Whole Foods once was.

Harassed by a new employee today named Jared, I reported it to Beverly the team lead.I’ve always have been respectful, and I work hard for my money, I mind my own business, I focus on doing my job, I don’t care who I work with Black, Asian, White, Gay, Trans, it doesn’t affect me at all.It shouldn’t have come down to to this, management needs improvement. Hire the right people so this doesn’t happen again.Shouldn’t have to say this, that’s embarrassing. Knowing how to work, and wanting to work, a good attitude, focus on your job and you’ll do just fine. It’s not hard.

The worst Whole Foods in the area. Their hot food bar in the morning is a joke. Looks so gross. Today they had scrambled eggs with shredded, UNMELTED, cheese on top. Looked cold. And other than breakfast burritos, that’s it. Every time I go in here there is something missing. Never enough condiments, an almost empty bottle of old looking ketchup with old ketchup around the lid. There clearly aren’t enough people working the cafe area. The woman who makes the juices and smoothies is fantastic but other than that I get frustrated every time I walk in here. Seems like poor management.

In store staff is amazing, but any weekday at 9am there is only one checkout person. After many years coming here I have asked corporate at least 3 times as well as front of store to properly staff the checkout so that the customer doesn’t have to wait. Front of store employees have no say in this company, as they know it’s needed as well. The rest of the store is properly staffed. Train everyone in the store to cover the break times of checkout people? Just spitballing…Many items it’s better to have someone help you, and other supermarkets in LA has at least 2 or 3 checkout people this time of day. If one person is on break there should be at least 2 left. There is no respect for the people’s time here.

I will never never visit a Whole Foods Markry again. The store looked dirty and very unorganized. The employees seemed stressed out. Very unfriendly staff. Danny the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Staff didn't live to core values.

Who doesn't love Whole Foods? This location has a decent sized lot for parking, and is very clean, well stocked, and everything is easy to find. When it comes to their hot bar, it's very small compared to other locations, but it still gets the job done. I really enjoy coming here for the juice bar in the mornings, or to get flower arrangements done. Usually the service is quick, easy, and the staff are friendly.

I had the great pleasure of visiting the Whole Foods Market in Austin, TX. It's a massive facility which boasts some the best selections of produce and meats as well as tantalizing sample displays and the hot food bars were nothing less than delicious... That was 13 years ago. I live in Los Angeles and have seen numerous WF stores open throughout the city. The Mar Vista store is by far the most disgusting iteration thus far. Let's start by stating the obvious-WF is grossly overpriced and the quality of goods has declined almost below the level you might expect from say, Smart & Final. Nothing against Smart & Final but at least they know their customer (and price point). I have long maintained the opinion that WF is little more than smoke and mirrors. They prop themselves up as this beacon of grocers but the truth is they are no different than all the other over-priced consumer traps that have somehow survived. My hope is that will soon end as we should start taking note of the less than spectacular offerings of this sub-optimal market. Just for fun, go and check out their hot food bar at like noon on any given day. You will find food that looks cafeteria(esque). Their packaged food items in the same area sits and sits and sits for hours. The cold cuts department routinely looks unkempt. The meat slicer often looks unclean and the area does not look sanitized at all. I have witnessed employees using dirty rags to wipe down common use areas and it also bothers me that they allow so many dogs inside the store. I don't care that it's socially acceptable-YOUR DOG DOES NOT BELONG IN THE GROCERY STORE. In all Whole Foods claims to be a level above but the proof is in the pudding and their pudding is spoiled. I think it's time to admit they've jumped the shark.
