Society/ humanity do better, I know this is a corporation, I know this is just one store/one location. But it ruins the rest of my day when an employee is impatient and passive aggressive. I’ve been going here for years now. Employees always come and go, they’re mostly ‘casual’ and easygoing, but one tall beefy redhead guy with beard hates his job (as a manager that takes over the register sometimes… I’m guessing) his energy pollutes the whole place. Most regular customers would probably agree and not bother leave a review like this. But I’ve had ‘the’ experience with him today. He never looks at us in the eyes, and he is rude, impatient and passive aggressive. I wanted to pull up my Amazon app for discounts. Not even 5 seconds goes by, he just lets his body fail out of frustration and impatience, he hasn’t finished scanning my stuff even. I say: you know what, that’s ok it’s taking me some time, which it really wasn’t, but he made me feel uncomfortable and ‘guilty’, mind you I didn’t have much stuff and there was one person behind that didn’t care. Again, using a debit and having to put a pin in and say no to cash back, he was expressing a lot of impatience. He’s always been this way. I regret going to his register and I will never do that again. Kindness is free, and you get paid to be casual, not even kind, just casual and not mean and rude.

SUDDENLY TERRIBLE INDIVIDUAL BAKERY SELECTIONS IN WHOLE FOODS AT 11737 SAN VICENTE BLVD., LOS ANGELES, CA 90049. YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS.I used to be able to buy good-size individual blueberry or other popular muffins at Whole Foods in Brentwood. Now there are a few, small, pre-packaged Vegan muffins that are half the size of the muffins that Whole Foods Brentwood used to carry for the same $2.75 price. It is NOT right for Whole Foods to sell smaller, inferior muffins for the same price as the previous larger, superior muffins. Either offer the larger, better muffins at Whole Foods Brentwood or lower the cost of the smaller Vegan muffins. If not, Whole Foods Brentwood WILL LOSE BUSINESS.Plus, there are barking, potentially dangerous attack dogs at Whole Foods Brentwood because management does nothing to stop it.

Cashier left without saying a word when I had already put all my items in the checkout lane. Extremely rude!

If you go during prime time, parking could become a problem, as well as very crowded isles.

What’s going on!????Where is quality of wholefoods ???For instance,Why the meat department has The worst employees???they don’t even know a sh.. about the meat or other products??There is no costumer service anymore. You go at 3pm there is no ground beef . When you ask to buy a chunk of roast for them to ground it , they refuse to do it!!!!Wholefoods become trend up on organic & nonGMO and local products and produceWhere are they now??When you walk in to wholefoods it seems you walked into Jon’s market in east LAPlease why no one complains. They are downgrading the quality stuff and replacing it with low quality stuff just like Ralfs market . Please stop destroying our community . Hire educated and polite employees .We are aware of what’s happening , you exist because of us , your costumers .

Smaller than the Venice location but can't beat the convenience. There's always parking (which is rare in the west side) so great to drop in to refill on fresh produce & flowers.

POOR SOUP & HOT FOOD SELECTION AT WHOLE FOODS BRENTWOOD. WHY NO TOMATO SOUP ANYMORE? WHY ONLY 2 SOUPS, LEAVING THE 3RD SOUP CONTAINER EMPTY? DISTINCTLY UNAPPETIZING HOT BAR SELECTIONS THAT LOOK LIKE FOOD IN A FOREIGN REFUGEE TENT CAMP. I LEFT THE STORE EMPTY-HANDED.?PLEASE SELL INDIVIDUAL TANGERINES & MANDARIN ORANGES AT THE BRENTWOOD STORE, NOT ONLY 3-POUND BAGS.Thank you.

A smaller whole foods market with less selection. The shelves were half empty, still organized and clean. The parking can be a problem on busy days, we were lucky to find an empty spot around the back.
