I wanted to give some wine as a gift so I signed up for a membership. It's always been easy to skip each month. The months that I want to order, the delivery is quick and everything packaged well. I've contacted customer service a few times and have always had excellent service. Everyone is kind, prompt, and competent. Every wine I've tried has been delish. Overall, great experience.

I don't know what happened to this company, but what happened this last month is unacceptable. First we have been members since 2017 and have had no issues up until now. I placed an order then see that instead of the 3rd it's now the 14th, and never received an email ( inbox nor in junk) re the change of date. In speaking with customer service they said that they would push the order and the next one will be Nov in which I agreed to keep the 14th. Then on Oct 20th an email was received saying that an order was placed. An order was never placed and they placed it with PayPal and I never authorized this order. Nor do I ever pay with PayPal. So this is not only fraudulent to place an order that is unauthorized but illegal. Trying for several days to reach customer service and finally got someone who said that a refund would be applied and the error was due to a "system migration". I don't care about your system migration. I care that you charged me for an unauthorized order and charged PayPal that is never used. Where do you think it's ok to charge for an unauthorized order? I'm still waiting on a reply to my several emails from 10/21. This is not good business practice. So, I guess it makes sense they filed for bankruptcy and were bailed out by some other company-which their business practice is no better and shady. Goodbye Winc, I've cancelled my account.

I signed up for winc a while ago and have not used it much because i find the selection to be very limited and the discounts are minimal. I cancelled my membership today and subsequently found out that I cannot use my remaining funds unless I reinstate the membership for an additional $60.

After membership was cancelled was still charged and after a week of trying to get my money returned to me, they just refused. The wine isn’t bad, but the horrible customer service and stealing sucks. Don’t let them steal your money too.

I have been a Winc customer since 2022. I typically order every month or every other month a nice selection of wines. I recently had an issue with trying to place an order. Customer Service Rep Olga quickly provided help by placing my order for and alerted Winc's Tech Team, so they could resolve the issue. For my inconvenience, Olga gave me some extra credits too use on my next order which was unexpected. I look forward to receiving my wine selection this month and more in the future.

Got a gift card as a wedding gift - used the credit and then was forced into a membership. Didn't realize this and then was charged $49.50 and was told credits are non-refundable. Can't cancel membership unless you talk to their terrible customer service. Delivery service requires someone to be at home - neither my husband and I work at home so it apparently took them 4 tries to deliver and our mail man was not a happy human. Wine came incredible dusty - not sure how this store these wines. Wine was fine - nothing special. Overall not worth the time for the drama and poor selection

I received a Winc subscription as a gift and have been extremely impressed. Great selection of great wines with great customer support. Just order another 4 bottles and looking forward to enjoying them.

Was given a winc gift card in November of last year, from my husband, as he knows I love sweet wine. Unfortunately, after SIX MONTHS of checking their website multiple times a week to see if any sweet wines are in stock, NOT ONCE has any been available. Not once. I contacted them & got a generic response back to keep checking as their inventory changes daily. This gift card is an unusable, wasted gift, as I can't tolerate dry or bitter wines (yuck). I bet if I continue my weekly checking, sweet wines will still never be an option, months or years down the line. They honestly should remove them completely from their website, so more people won't be duped like we were.P.S. I just read they filed bankruptcy end of November. After taking our hard earned money. Lovely. They are complete pos's.
