Horrible, horrible customer service.
This workers here hate their job, I don’t understand why they don’t realize that we can take our business somewhere else. It is a shame since this is a nice store with a great selection of shoes. I’d rather buy online instead of dealing with bad customer service and angry attitude.

Bought a pair of shoes here on 6/26/2025. Realized after returning home I had two left shoes but opposing styles both shoes were black both from reebok. One with black stripes and the other with white. The next day on 6/27/2025 ,I went to another wss store and tried to fix the issue. Was told they couldn't help me if they replaced the shoe it would make their inventory off because technically their giving me a new shoe since I only had a left pair and their inventory would be minus a right shoe. Returned to the original store of purchase after acknowledgement of this issue. Store I purchased shoe from weren't able to locate either of the right foot shoe for both pairs I had in my box they apparently sold them in error to other customers. So now those customers will have to come and try to fix that issue as well. Was issued a refund because of this. The inventory at this store is lacking they only had what was on the floor for shoes and there weren't that many options especially if it's where you walk down the aisles looking. Shoes were 6, 7, 7.5 ,8 rarely any 9 and some 10 little to no half sizes for women shoes feel sorry for someone who wears half sizes or who's foot is larger than 9 shopping here. Craziest part is the person at the register when i purchased my shoes with was a lead or manager. That person needs to be reprimanded or demoted their costing the company money and causing confusion with customers.How in less than 24 hours did they basically sell 3 or 4 shoes where it's two right foot or two left foot of the same pair or similar shoes of the same brand. Person that helped me yesterday wasn't the person that gave me a refund today. I walked in other employees asked who did it and they took accountability for it before they could read their name on the receipt and then immediately walked to the back of the store and never returned the other employees helped me instead. Won't be returning to this wss location loss me as a patron.

I'm not really the type of person to write bad reviews but the customer service was really shitty here not only did I get harassed and followed by security thinking I'm stealing something when I wasn't some employee I didn't get her name but she was some old Hispanic lady she started yelling at me just because I put my shoes down for a second and told me pick them up and I wasn't her maid or wtv like girl what? And they were just disrespectful and rude

This stores has the worst customer service they think everyone is there to steal. They follow you around the store thinking you’re stealing. Instead of asking if they can help with any assistance. Also none of the WSS LOCATIONS EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve been in the store and called just to see what they do when the phone rings….. they look at laugh and go back to not working. The location on Vermont/slauson is very bad when it comes to customer service.

I just bought a cap, everything was fine, until the moment of paying, the lady who is working at the checkout has bad service, I just asked her a question and she doesn't know how to respond to a customer, I work in a store as a cashier and I don't It doesn't matter who it is or what question they ask me, I answer well ? and I have been coming here for a long time and they have always taken good care of me, too bad for them because they don't even want to come back!
