Miserable people working here! Get new management. Accused me of wearing an item because it has a stain, it was purchased that way. Manager was very rude! Another store took item back without issue. Please get new management, some people take their "job" way too seriously and act like they own the store!

This review is for the Men's side of the Zara's on Figueroa. Every single time I come in this store they make you feel uncomfortable as a Black Man to shop. The cashiers look at the Black customers as if we are going to steal something when in fact we have lots of money and I noticed in here the love judging a book by it's cover and it's sickening. This needs to be addressed because the greet the White and other races but stare and follow the Black Customers. If you are African American stay away from here they don't want us in their store!!!!!

This is the second time I'm being met with disrespect at Zara by store manager Wendy. Before she even knows the matter she comes with a terrible attitude and energy. I tried to return a defected item (within 30 days from I bought it) she disregard me with disrespect and disgust and didn't listen or take any concern to my problem. It was an expensive jacket, and by LAW she has to take it back. She gave me the worst behavior you can think of and she kept ignoring me as I as speaking. Someone like Wendy should not represent the Zara brand! I also will be contacting her boss because this is unacceptable. I have been manger within retail for many years myself, this is not a way to treat your costumers. Wendy forgot the first thing about this business, THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

The staff on the day I visited was not great. Everyone seemed depressed. The music was low and the vibes were poor. No greetings, hard to track anyone down, the lines weren’t long but moved incredibly slow, and they didn’t remind about validation.

My baby girl now work in Downtown Los Angeles. She dragged me here this weekend at Zaras with her. Trying to give me hints of what she might want for Christmas lol. They have mens clothing too. So i shopped around and got myself some shoes. I let her get some things she wanted. Plenty of clothes were on sale. So all in all, i like the place. Good customer service. Who knows, my girl might have me here all the time now.

Very dull, boring color.When I walked into this European style clothing shop, I felt that I was in a business meeting immediately. My first impression was black, gray and white. Those three very formal, business colors were every where and overwhelming!Plus, the lighting inside was dimmed , so I felt like that I was in a clothing shop only supplying for business days and working outfits.I used to go to Zara in South Coast Plaza and Santa Monica. They seemed to have more colorful choices and styles. This location is very different. How dull and boring it can be. Maybe we are used to live in colorful and cheerful southern California, so this scene doesn't fit.

I thought I was going to a classy store for some affordable quality wardrobe pieces . I avoid stores with bad customer service because I am a Los Angeles fashion model and singer. Per usual in Los Angeles A latina woman was so rude to me. They usually have terrible attitude but this was the worst ! I was the only person in line. I politely asked “are you busy with another customer “ she ignored me and looked down with disgust on her face . I asked again “ Can I pay for my items” Once I asked to speak to the manager , she was also Latino descent . I am a darker skinned Afro Latin woman and the discrimination I feel from other Latinos is disgusting. This cashier refused to help me, was not groomed well and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store that’s supposed to be affordable “luxury” I was SHOCKED to experience this disgusting treatment

Best time for shopping fashionable clothes,while sales on.The shoes here are the best for quality and are the latest with reasonable price. The only problem is long queues for purchasing or returning specially in the south coast brunch ,California.

Always come to this Zara and have the best service! Except today, today I was checked out by a shorter man who seemed like he didn't enjoy his job. As he folded slowly and conversed with the gentleman at the counter I waited and waited, which was fine, I'm a patient person. I was called next. No hello; no, how's it going; no, did you find everything okay. "Want a bag for $0.10?" The silent transaction finished and handed me the receipt and the bag and said nothing. I walked away with not a great experience today. I enjoy shopping, not that day .
