“The Car Guys have been the best shop for me. I had
a major problem where some critters chewed some emissions tubing and cost me a pretty penny to repair. After the work was done, it ran perfectly but wouldn't past smog. There was permanent code on the computer that wouldn't clear even once it was recalibrate.
I was very frustrated and fearful of being stopped by the police for not having my current 2024 sticker, and
Yes I was stopped.
Anyway, Jerry figured it out and was able to get it to past smog last week...oh what a happy day that was.
I'm grateful for the professionalism of all the guys in the shop who worked on my vehicle and for Yesenia who allowed me to come more than I should have..lol., to see if it would pass smog..and yes it did!
Plus, they always provide me with a ride back to work everytime I need to drop my vehicle off.

“My family wanted to recognize and thank the mechanic that helped us when our car check engine light came on. He squeezed us into his very busy day just before closing and scanned for a code that read there was an oil pressure sensor issue. He put in a quart of complimentary synthetic oil and we were on our way. We wanted to thank him as we were out of state and helping us to continue on our journey. Thank you so much for doing that! “My parents and I were on a road trip from Portland to Tucson and after passing through Gilroy our vehicle started acting up. We managed to make it to Los Banos where one of the auto parts stores recommended we take the vehicle to Navarros.
Mario and Mike got our vehicle in right away to run diagnostics. They quickly found the issue, clearly explained to me what the problem and potential solution was, and advised they could fix it in a few days. Mike even took the time to speak with my husband over the phone to explain to him what was happening.

“Another Chevron station, quite the same as any other. They do have a Car Wash though, and if you purchase the service INSIDE the gas station (and you spend on gas), they give you a small discount for the car wash. Worth it.”
